It is true - the PSA for each couch is don't become voluntarily impaired and contact the therapist. It usually does not lead to positive feelings once the impairment has worn off.

So t asked me a question the other day that I initially answered, but I think it was a bigger question than I realized the other day, so I've been thinking more about it. At one point she asked me "What are you avoiding?" and I answered "The email I sent you early last week" But now I am thinking perhaps I am avoiding something else, too - and perhaps maybe that is, I am avoiding jumping with both feet into the rest of my life and letting her go. I wish she'd just say that's what I'm doing. Why's she gonna make me say it?!

I love these little conversations I have with myself after a particularly good session. And that little story that I wrote in session the other day, I am going to continue it and make it bigger; it is the start of my new story - my new story that therapy is helping me write because my old story doesn't fit anymore.

Ahhh! I feel good. I've been cooking, have potatoes boiling on the stove for mashies and a big meatloaf in the oven, that should last a few days, now it's time to start decorating the tree.....

Hi, couch.

I am home from CVS. It was weird rolling down the gates at 6pm to close. I stopped at a wing place to eat on the way home. It was early enough. I can't believe that we will actually close each night now.

My mom just texted me...she is in the ER...she got stung by a puss caterpillar. It fell on her shirt and she tried to brush it off. Ouch. She called poison control when she first got stung and they walked her through what to do, but when none of that worked after 3 hours, they told her to go to the ER immediately.

Hopefully they will be able to help. She is highly allergic to bees, so maybe she is to the puss caterpillar too. The nasty things we have in Florida.

I am just chilling now. I need to shower eventually.
