That's OK. But really some Ts are just kind caring people who form bonds like everyone else. My T actually held on to me so long at the end of my pre-holiday break session that *I* ended the hug which never ever happens. She knew I was struggling with it and with this time of year. There really are LOTSbof good Ts out there even though there are some who are bad at their job or screw up

I don't remember anything wrong with the comments on the last couch. Is this going to be like "You can't say Chinese/Mexican/Vietnamese/italian etc food, because its racist"? WHAT IS THE WORLD COMING TO? This was legitimately brought up as a subject in the Letter to the Editor section in our local paper.

I think I should stop talking about therapy. The time of year has brought up a lot of bad feelings about the abandonment. I'm so hurt and sad. Now I get why people are so mad at therapists.

Hey couchies! How's it going? Got off work at 6pm and brought home dinner for mom and dad. Now, just chillin' in bed before sleepy time at 10pm.(it 9:22pm now)

I really hope so. The hug seemed very genuine, and this was at the end of a sessioin where she had to try and convince me (again...and again) that i am depressed, and not just a boring person. I told her I don't really believe her, and she said I can argue all I want, she's not changing her mind
