That's snow.

Is it anti-fridge or ante-fridge? Philosophically, a pantry could be either.

Clearly you should join the expedition! If only to make sure they don't wrangle a moose by mistake...
Thanks for this!

Can I join in on the Elk wrangling? I've crocheted some hot pink Elk-wrangling rope for the occasion. And party hats of course.

I'm not part of it. I just consider myself the brains behind the operation. The idea woman!

I am not in it. Someone is needed to observe, shake their head, and walk away or call the ambulance - depending on the results.

The most terrifying animals I've ever done veterinary work on were gigantic wild boars. But the bull elk were a very very close second...

While standing around today while the farrier working, we were discussing how aggressive and dangerous pigs can be.

I need the wisdom of the couch. Does anyone have a dog deterrent spray recipe for indoors that will not harm furniture?

Seems only fair turnabout and all.

There have been stories reported of people who had heart attacks or fell down stairs getting eaten by their dogs and cats too. I figure if I have had a heart attack or fallen and broken my neck, why not get eaten?

And the opt-out is kind of like that sneaky kind of spam mail that tells you to unsubscribe by clicking the link, but they're really signing you up for even more junk... No getting out of elk wrangling! Not even for staying home licking the butter!

Which is like totally ungrateful. It's not like we eat them.

But that's what you get when you open your home to beasties. (I am pretty sure the junior cat would eat me in a heartbeat.)

Don't know about dogs, but none of the cat deterrent sprays I tried worked. Even the double sided tape was a fail.

Hey couch! So here's the evening's offering of wine, as it's wine o'clock at my house!

My son had interviews today with several companies for his manufacturing internship. He's getting emails from the companies this afternoon basically asking him to please choose them. Apparently they were way impressed with his GPA, his certifications he's already earned, his ACT scores, his overall knowledge and confidence. And one of the companies wants him to consider working there AFTER the internship too. Color me one SUPER PROUD mama!! My son really has his **** together, unlike me. I'm so proud I'm bursting.
Hugs from:
