It is absolutely not the norm for the therapists I pay to run late or to not show up. I would not put up with it nor would I brush it off as they are human. They are running a business and clients should expect to be treated with courtesy. My time is as valuable as theirs is.

Meow, hope you are doing ok and find out what happened. This has happened to me before. It can be hard not to take it personal, but know that it is probably not. My therapist is just a bit unorganized I think. Hopefully it doesn't become a pattern.
