I wish my mouth would stop hurting!!!!!

I had to yjack with one of the advocates I'm coaching for 4 hours this morning. How am i supposed to focus on someone else's performance while my mouth hurts so much?! I want to quit the olympians right now. Its 5 days today since the extraction. How long should it still hurt?! Wonder if i should call them back. Ouch.

I'm sorry one of my worst fears is actually having my wisdom teeth taken out. I've avoided it this far, but it has scared the living beejezus out of me since I was a kid.

My feet are really smelly but I would love to take my shoes off. Maybe I could wash my feet and change my socks just before I go.
Thanks for this!

So MRI results are in. Full thickness rotator cuff tears in both shoulders.... : (
Its not going to be easy to do the surgery with my vet practice
I had them inject my shoulder bursaes again to relieve some of the pain while I figure out how the hell we are going to fix this

I'm sorry BB. Sounds difficult.

Sorry couch for my outburst earlier. I took a vicodin and all is right with the world again at least until it wears off haha

I'm glad I have t again on saturday. Hoping she'll be ready to do some more energy work. I am. I may ask if i can practice reiki on her sometime. I need to build my confidence with it so i can start offering at reiki clinics put on by the drumming group i belong to. I do get to practice on my h and he likes it, finds it very relaxing.

Well i gotta get my slightly loopy self back to work now. Breaks over n go home time in 2.5 hrs.

I do equine medicine. There are not many good equine vets looking for temporary work. A student or new grad would not be up to the level of medicine needed. I'll probably train my wife/technician to do the stuff that requires two hands but there really isn't a safe way t I work around horses with 1 arm. But I did work after i had collarbone surgery and twice I have worked with one leg in a cast. We figured that out sSo I guess we will figure this out too.....

I feel bad saying I wish I could see my therapist more. That I could feel comfortable enough to take off my shoes sit cross-legged on the couch. But I feel so stupid for thinking that. But it is completely NOT tmi telling us you take your shoes off during your appointment, Crocus.

Today I had a drink that I now refer to as a vodka shake.. It was a creamy, frozen blend of three different flavor vodkas.. It is safe to say I will be stopping by for more than one more before our vacation ends on Saturday...

I feel guilty sometimes when I text t on a wednesday to ask for a saturday appt, stuff like that. I'm always afraid I'm taking a time away from somebody else by asking so last-minute. Or like I'm ruining her weekend by asking last minute like that. But I decided that she's a big girl, she's older than me for heaven's sake, she has the power to say "No, how about such-and-such day instead". I didn't used to take my shoes off, but she's always invited me to, and then one time a few months ago when it was raining she asked me to cuz she has light-colored carpet, so ever since that day I've been kicking them off as I walk in (I wear flip flops so easy to do). She usually doesn't wear shoes now that she works out of her home. It's more comfortable for me. Sometimes we sit on the floor, too. I really like the relaxed closeness of those sessions.

I have only tried one vodka drink, vodka gimlets, and I thought they were nasty, probably made correctly they are not though. This was many years ago at my Uncle's house. I now realize that my Uncle is very likely an alcoholic, and probably made them way stronger than they should have been....

My favorite drinks when I'm out having fun are either margaritas (especially prickly pear ones) or Mai Tai's. At home, I prefer my wine.....

My homework for t - be able to say "I love money" without quotation marks around it. (Not because I want to be a greedy SOB but because we are working on my money complex. I have a big one and am always saying "I hate money!") So I have figured out how I can say it. I can say without cringing: I love money because earning it allows me to take care of myself and my family. That's as close as I'm going to come to what she wants!! She is of the opinion that when I constantly say "I hate money" I am telling the universe to keep it away from me.

I used to drink vodka straight out of a water bottle as a teenager.. So? Yeah.. Me and vodka are friends we are staying I a beach house with my in laws neither of them drink and think that is not biblical to drink.. Although, we obviously don't believe the same. We keep alcohol out of the house when we are together out of respect for them..so, we go out and drink!

Vodka was my drink in my teens/early 20s too... Used to spike my McDonald's Coke with it and drink it out of a water bottle on the bus Broke college students FTW. I miss those days...

I can't remember my drink, I was usually so blitzed I'm surprised I remembered where I lived. I did prefer liquor over beer or wine, and the occasional margarita or pitcher of Long Island Ice Tea. These days I'm not exactly a party girl. When I say the hard stuff I'm talking about Mt. Dew!

Earlier I thought I was going to the ER, I cut the bottom of my foot on the vent cover and it was bleeding so much I thought I'd need stitches. After applying pressure it stopped, so I cleaned and bandaged it and stayed home. Hurts like the fiery pits of hell and reminds me to watch where I'm going.

Good night Couchies. . .

I was a gin drinker in college and then added in scotch and dark beers (porters and stouts). Not much for wine except port.
