It is a bad plan to directly endanger others - that could lead to arrest not just a ticket (at least in my state it would)

I would never endanger anyone knowingly. I am aware that I am behind the wheel of a weapon.

Yes, but it is a weapon whether it's intended to be used as such or not.

Does it have to be in a car? Could you just litter? Or deface public art? (A lot of which is begging to be defaced anyway, at least if it's anything like the public art around here.)
Thanks for this!

We don't have many police on foot patrol here. Not a lot of public art and I don't get the urge very often.

Going to look at a new house to rent tomorrow. Its only 2 bedrooms but I can sleep in the lounge when my eldest visits and its $70/week cheaper. Hopefully it will look better than the rather fuzzy pre-digital photos on the internet.

Househunting is stressful.

My priorities:
1. As cheap as possible but still close to work
2. Very powerful AC
3. Allows cats
4. in unit washer dryer

Pretty much same as me except must allow small dog
Where I live you are never more than 15 mins from anything.

And in my town must not be in a flood evacuation zone.

Maybe that is why your neighbor is always messing around with his boat.
In case of ark emergency.

One of my friends back in the midwest just bought a vacation home recently, it's near a big river, and it's up on stilts to protect from flooding, and I don't get it. I want my house on the ground....!

My cousin's house was not on stilts and had 5 feet of water come through 5 times in the last 4 years. The devastation, stress, financial expense finally became too much and they sold that property this past year and moved away from the river flood zone. They loved that property; it had been in the family for generations, but there is a point when the emotional and financial toll just becomes too much.

I think I really have found a lot of healing in the past 4+ years. This evening I am writing a card to my ex-pdoc thanking him (again) for saving my life back when things were so dark, and catching him up a little on how much I have changed since I last sat in that chair in front of his desk. I don't think he'll even remember me (seriously, my appoints were only for 15 minutes and I haven't seen him since mid-2012 I think, I'm not even sure anymore!) but, it might brighten his day a little to read a positive story from an ex-patient....

I double-amend my statement. If said house on stilts is among a lot of big trees, then it could feel like a treehouse, and I would feel at home then.

This is a really good idea. I've been reading about the idea of acting on gratitude helps you feel happier AND the other person.

I just spent a few days reaching out to old coworkers who I did like. I had been isolating, just waiting for my offer letter to come through. All of the sudden I felt like connecting with everyone to thank them. Even went to lunch with three of them. Expressing gratitude is a really healthy thing to practice

Hi, couch.

I am still up and it is almost midnight. By the time I finish this post it will probably be after midnight.

I just finished up my last few discussion posts for my master's class (deadline for week 2 is tonight at midnight...Arizona time, so I still had quite a while before it would be too late). I also had to submit my assignment.

I have T in the morning. Then to come home and cook. I've been cooking for the family of the charity I support on Tuesdays. This week I am making honey-baked drumsticks, broccoli, yellow rice, and potato wedges. I am also taking them some fresh fruit. I normally make a fruit salad, but I don't want to do that this week and would rather just give them whole fruits. Bananas, apples, oranges, and grapes.

I enjoy cooking for other people. I usually make extra for me and my housemates as well. My housemates say I am a good cook, though they may just be being nice. Though the family I make it for says it's "yummy" too. Kids are usually brutally honest.

Finally finished cleaning my room, just need to vacuum tomorrow. Can't do that at this hour, it would wake everyone up. Tomorrow after T, before I cook, I will vacuum. I cleaned out my car today too. I still have stuff stored in my back seat, but all the trash is gone. That counts as cleaning out the car, right?

Need to do laundry tomorrow as well. I have sheets to wash as I changed my sheets today as well. I also have some clothes to wash while I am in the washing mood. lol

Well, I should get to bed so I can wake up and shower before my 9:30 t appointment.

Night, couch.

No but I have such an accurate internal clock that I very rarely look at a clock anyway.

That's cool. I wish I had an accurate internal clock to wake me up in the mornings. Can't sleep.
