This is a chatty thread. All are welcome. We're kind of psychologically oriented, sometimes. We try to be supportive. At times we discuss what that means.

It’s a place to plop down on the couch when you come home from work or wherever, or wake up in the middle of the night, or check in at lunch, rant a bit or not, and be among friends.

We advise you not to drink or drug and text your therapist ("t") - we speak from experience....

Sometimes the thread moves fast and you might get overlooked; sometimes it moves slowly and all you hear are crickets. Sometimes you get hugged or thanked pages later. So if its a bigger question, you might want to start a new thread.

I have just woken up, almost. I had one of my unreasonable reactions to the closing of the old couch and had to settle myself. All this talk of wetsuits reminds me to my T story of when he used to go kayaking with a bunch of mates and they all peed in their wetsuits but it was somthing he couldn't do. I think it was an illustration of how different he was to other men. Anyway I spent many days imaginin him in a wetsuit.

I sometimes feel like sitting on the couch but I am scared to even get in the room. Can I come and stand by the doorway, maybe I could manage that for a little bit.

5hrs is s reasonable amount of time, to text t again as he offered me an appointment tomorrow, but gave me no time. So I just texted him again and just asked if he had a time in mind.. Not too much right?

WE have special roped off area. You can stand there. Then you are in but also separate.

New couch! Hello all. I'm mopey and pissed off. Going back to the exercise makes me feel like crap convo, I've re-injured my left knee as of this weekend (the one I had surgery on last January) so now I've got 2 bad knees. I give up. From now on I'm learning teleportation and leaving ambulation to those who can do it with grace.

Hope you're all well. Gotta go rustle up some grub.

I'm thinking about getting a motorbike. They don't sell Ripleys in the UK. Maybe a DN01 if I can find one......

Now the overbearing parentals are in town. T told me to stay away... I didn't listen. It's like I enjoy hurting myself.

Sitting in a barn being eaten by mosquitos while feral kitty mama creeps slowly closer to the wet food I put out. I have been feeding them for a week, letting her get used to my smell. Now I am going to try to get her to eat it with me still present in the barn. Wish me luck. Wish I had bug sprayed myself. One of the kittens is tuxedo marked, but in yellow instead of black. I think there are two black tuxedos and one yellow tabby.

So I did it couch, I sent my resume and a small selection of proof that I can do what I say I can do, to apply for the communications specialist thing at work. I have a lot more samples, but I can't find the dang things, and there was such a small window to apply for this - I'm going to look again now and if I find them tonight will turn them in tomorrow hopefully it won't be too late to add to what I already sent.... although I began hugely second-guessing myself this morning as I was getting ready to send my stuff to the sup. I took a deep breath, and sent it anyway.... but I'm still doubting myself whether I can do the job or not. I haven't told t about it yet cuz this just came up late last week and I haven't seen her since before it came up. Oh well. I'll tell her about it when Saturday gets here, maybe they'll know who they're picking by then even.

New couch! I was late to work today by like half an hour. I had fallen asleep and didn't wake up until it was 8 minutes past when I should have been there. Now I'm worried my boss hates me.
