And, um, speaking of avatars...you don't seem to have one. How am I supposed to tell you apart from stopdog?

Knowing StopDog from the beginning of the couch-it's super easy to tell her apart from others. You probably already know when you walk into the couch room that SD is all the way on the other side in her own chair and does not wish to be disturb. It's always a good idea to stay off her lawn and if you must greet her a simple head nod from an appropriate distance will suffice.

I have a voicemail from my marriage counselor saved from earlier this year when I was in a crisis. He sounded especially caring in it, and I listen to it sometimes for comfort if I'm in a bad place. It helps a bit. I think I told him as part of an e-mail at one point, but he didn't comment on that part. I'm sure it's pretty common to either save old messages or just to call their voicemail to hear their voice. To me, it's not bothering anyone, particularly an office voicemail not during office hours.

See you later couch. Perhaps I'll sign on tomorrow night after work to catch up with folks I didn't see tonight. I'm not sure. But it wasn't bad coming to say hi. Talk soon. Hugs to all who want and need them.

Peace out.

H is working late tonight so I decided to make banana bread before making quiche. And then while the quiche was baking, I ate a bunch of banana bread. It is good! So I guess H will dine alone.

Went to a new coworker's comedy troupe class performance. So much fun! Growlycat is oddly considering an improv class. Must be end times.

On my way up to bed I noticed that sometime this afternoon my mother replaced all the pictures of me with the future ex-husband with pictures of me alone. Even the wedding picture. And I never did ask her to do it after whining about it on the last Couch a couple days ago.

I am ridiculously touched and a little emotional...and also worried now that she reads PC.

Hi, couch.

I am home, fed, and trying to get tired enough to go to sleep. I have to be back at my CVS at 8am tomorrow, which means leaving about 7:15, and waking up about 6:30. 7 hours to go.

Curious question. Does anyone else have an allergic reaction to MSG? I'm feeling so screwed up right now and trying to sort out what I can't remember from my session time last night is truly messing with my mind.

My youngest found a new Chinese place that delivers and I ordered. I was already out there and now it's almost 12 and I feel like I'm zipping. Too much.

Does MSG affect anyone else line that? Just curious.

MSG short circuits the receptors in the brain. It's not a good thing!!

truthinlabeling.org are a lobby group - not scientists. I would not trust what they say too much, it is often based on opinion and hearsay rather than actual research.

So, so good to see your name popping up here, Jersey. I was actually thinking of you just recently and wondering how you were. I've missed you!
