That actually helps me, thank you for sharing. I feel wrong just thinking about it. TO know that your T normalized it for you is helpful to me.

Of course I bet once I get up the nerve to just do it, it'll be some robot voice telling me to dial 911 if it's an emergency.

I'd give you the number to my T's answerphone, he has quite a nice voice... only he'll be speaking this strange language (I'm not making fun of you - I know it's hard. )
Thanks for this!

I've called my T's voicemail just to hear her voice many times. I don't think it's weird or anything.

I don't think it's weird either. I've looked up my old therapist online in between sessions just so I could see her picture.
Thanks for this!

I'm feeling kind of weird today. Wanted to see if anyone could relate.

My counseling session was last night. Not able to remember all of it, but I do remember some main topics that were pretty intense.

There were so many things popping into my mind after I got home. Now. It's a total blank.

TOTAL blank. It's weird. I'm pretty snappy and feel like I have a mental hangover.

My brain is straining to try and recall what was in my mind. It's there. I just can't get to it.

Anybody?

I can relate, Trailrunner. Could you try to sit down and write down what you do remember - the main topics - and see if that leads to remembering more details? I've found that that sometimes helps me remember more of what was actually said.
Thanks for this!

Feeling a little better now. I've done some book binding stuff this afternoon which improved my mood. (I made a rather complicated book last week which I'm slightly proud of - it was part of a course I took, so I had supervision all the way, but I'm still fairly pleased which what I managed to create. Maybe I'll post a picture tomorrow if anybody is interested.)
Thanks for this!

Then they asked me how long it would take to get to my store from their store. I said about 45 minutes, so they asked if I could work at their store from 11-4 because they'd rather get some of the shift covered than none of it. Yay!! Exta hours. That brings me to 32.5 for this week. I still have a little room to pick up a few more if I am needed. That was brilliant making myself available to other stores until I go back to school job.
Someday we are gonna be saying, "i knew her when she was a pharm tech scrambling for hours - now everybody gets their meds delivered by 'squirrels drug drones'!"

It's something that gives you comfort and hurts no one. I'm sure most T's would be okay with it!

I save old voicemails from T to listen to when I want to hear his voice, because too often when I call expecting to get his voicemail, he happens to be available and picks up the phone. Then I just stammer incoherently.
Thanks for this!

I would love to see a picture of your book! That sounds very interesting to me.

Please that would be great. i think its a great skill/craft but I think only because one of my grandfathers was a bookbinder in England (knowing my biological father he may have been hiding a bookmaker (illegal) in there )

I also want to see the book, Crocus! I do amateur bookbinding, just a basic Coptic stitch, for my journals. My problem is I'm not very precision-oriented so I always get the casing wonky and put the cover papers on crooked.

Oh!! So you *make* books?! I really want to see. When you said book binding, I was thinking the cover on the spine of the book. How awesome!

I did that too, saved voicemails to hear her voice. I lost them when i got my new phone a year or so ago and that made me really sad. Haven't quite figured out yet how to arrange a new one... I rarely call her anymore and when it happens that she needs to reschedule for some reason, she always texts.
