thanks granite but i'm not as brave as it sounds... i didn't bring it up to start with - she asked me the question 2 weeks ago and I spent the past 2 weeks working on answering it and that was what i talked about today.
Possible trigger:
so I don't think I'd have ever even talked about it in that light if she had not asked me about it 2 weeks ago. But I'm so glad she did. I learned SO much about myself and why I am the way I am in the past 2 weeks. We talked a little today also about rewriting my story - rewriting myself as a heroine instead of as a victim. And about letting go of my 'old' story. What it would take for me to do that. I don't know the answer yet, but I'm going to try my hand at rewriting my story with me as the heroine. This could be fun if I let it.

I wish i would stop falling in love with random people. At the pawn store yesterday I bought some Wii games and DVD and I got chatting with the guy and talking about diferent English comedians and I fell a little bit in love with im. Anyway what i wanted to say was he recommeded this game called Mercury meltdown Revoloution and it is the most frustrating game i have ever played. It took me all yesterday afternoon to inish level 1 and most of this morning failing level 2 but it is strangely addicting. Basically you have to get this ball of mercury through these different traps and stuf while keeping the ball mostly intact. It behaves exactly like mercury so when it is warm it moves faster and breaks up easier. In some things you have to break the ball apart pass them thrugh diferent things then join them up to pass through the gate.

Took a Xanax earlier for the first time in two weeks. Trying everything I can to avoid taking a second. Hot bath...good, unintellectual book...even a box of chocolate donuts available...none of it is working.

I've taken my anxiety meds twice this week, which is hugely unusual. Fighting the panic now, too. Weekend days and nights seem so much longer than weekdays.

That's funny!! The Couch 119: Come Join The Human Shelf!. I don't eat Oreos because the sugar does not like me.

There were so many Oreo concoctions last night it made me want to snack. My go to is salt instead of sugar. I love salsa and was curious if anyone had an awesome salsa recipe. The Couch 119: Come Join The Human Shelf!

So I tried the Blueberry Pie Oreos today...they are just ok, IMO. I like the cookies, but the filling is kinda meh. Tastes really sweet and kinda too artificial for my taste. Did not see the Key Lime Pie Oreos at Target, but I shall continue the search and will check Walmart as well as you suggested, AtAt.
They are on Ebay for ridiculous prices, $12 and up (total with shipping). Um, no.

I'm sorry you gave in, but I'm glad it's not too bad. Next time you have an urge, maybe try talking to someone close to you. That helps me. I talk to my mom and then I usually don't end up doing it.

I looked for the blueberry pie oreos at the grocery store today, but didn't find them. They had mint, double chocolate, cinnamon roll, lemon, golden, double stuffed, and thins.

If you guys have Target where you are, that is where I got mine.

ETA: I just searched and online it said they are actually only available at Target...

I've thought of you all today! The Couch 119: Come Join The Human Shelf!. I had to do some retail returns and other errands and it feels like it has zapped me.

I hope everybody has a good night. I'm thinking of you. Going to turn a movie on in the DVD and have no intention of seeing the end of it. Good night couch! The Couch 119: Come Join The Human Shelf! The Couch 119: Come Join The Human Shelf!

Hey does anybody use that chromecast thing? My son bought one, but from what little I know about it, I'm concerned it might run up the charges on his cell phone. Maybe I don't understand how they work - but it sounds like it basically lets you view an app like netflix on your tv? but won't that run up charges on your phone? Maybe i'm confused. As I get older, I lose more and more of my techie.

Chromecast will not run up a cell bill as long if the phone/chromecast is connected to wifi. So if he is doing it at home rather than a hotel room or someplace where he does not have access to wifi - there is not a problem. It works on the same principle as roku and amazon fire tv. I have used roku boxes and amazon fire tv.

You know, there is nothing more satisfying than telling a therapist at length how she screwed up.

Also it removes the desire to take a second Xanax.

Sitting here reflecting on my session today.... thinking about re-writing my story as a fairy tale where I am the heroine... wondering how one even begins that adventure... "Once upon a time there was a shy little girl who.....?" Shall that little girl discover some form or other of magic within herself? Or maybe she discovers she can fly? Or can commune with the earth and trees? Hmmm.....

They are not even related. Copyright law isn't international. Apparently.

I used to work for TgT corporate and I heard that TgT Australia did violate copyright law but TgT us offered them some kind of deal. Like Aus TgT had to pay a fee to use the name. So the story goes
