I was writng my T an email and talking about yesterday's session and I told her my fears of my vacation and losing her as my T and it was making me suicidal...5 minutes later I emailed her and said "Disregard the first email I'm fine" ....Thats the weird part I feel fine....10 minutes ago I was in alot of pain, now I'm fine............FP

Maybe writing it all out and sending it to your T helped you deal with it???

Feelings/emotions come and go; they are just "informers" not something to base any action on. You carry the umbrella but it ends up not raining. How about the feeling "bitter sweet" like endings sometimes have; that's two seemingly opposite feelings at the same time!
