Take the hormone-killing drugs I do and you'll be free of periods too.

I can't even remember my last period. April 2015 maybe?

Had a hard night last night and reached out to long term t. Haven't talked to him since June. I asked if he had time for a thirty minute appointment. He does on Thursday which makes me feel relived. It seems this year he hasn't really had time for me or read my emails all that thoroughly. I hope he will help me feel grounded again.

I think I may just woman up and ask sparky those doorknob questions. We meet on the 26th by phone. I may email him a heads up that I have some hard questions I need to resolve before we part ways. I need closure

I'm much better at being a patient than the wife of a patient. Nothing scares me when they are doing it to me but I feel like I am going to be sick of they do something painful to my wife

It can be hard to be the caretaker and feel helpless to stop pain or help. It is even one of the less nutty things the therapist has said.

I'm sorry you are going through all of that stopdog. I can't imagine what it is like I think I will be in that position with my parents someday. I hope your person has moments of relief if possible

ART - Just want to tell you that the feathers I see on my phone when I see this feed make me smile!! Your little one is so affirmed and happy that you shared them.

Thank you. It gives mine courage.

Literally crying with relief right now. Sparky answered my email and what a sweet response. Contact months or even years from now is ok. I'm sure he doesn't mean bff facebookng but any open door contact allowance makes me feel more secure somehow. And he also seemed to encourage me to put everything out on the table so there are no regrets. Phew. I can go get some sleep now

So more weird dreams that I can almost remember but not quite, waking up almost 2 hours earlier than I have to, not going to be sleeping any more tonight. Thanks a lot, brain. Obviously you don't need as much rest as body, but could you remember this during the afternoon and stop making me tired at work? That would be great, thanks.

I remember fondly the days when I would work all day, party all night, and work the next day with no ill results. Ah, youth!

And seguing from my last post - informal poll:

How much time do you think is too much time spent exercising/day?

My psychiatrist thinks I exercise too much (about 1.5-2 hours/day at the gym, then sometimes more stuff at home).
Thanks for this!

At last, management where I live has agreed to live trap whatever animal is living in my crawl space. Talked to them today.

This morning I woke up at 3:45am- my dog was barking at the front door. I could hear nasty growling and scowling on the other side of my door. My grandson catches the bus to school from my house. I felt concerned he might come across whatever this is! I turned on front and back porch lights hoping whatever it is would stay away.

Later this morning I heard bumping and commotion under my floor.

I want it (them) gone!
