So the paycheck thing was explained, it was on purpose, and they notified me on November 4 by mail, which I did not receive. In 2014 my tax-exempt medical spending account never got 'approval' so they charged it back to me as income so it could be taxed. Yippee.

Payment arrangements have been made, my birthday and Christmas are going to be very thrifty this year, and I am so angry that after I turned in all their nitpicking paperwork and copies of my receipts they still did this. Grrr.

The Odessey, and Oedipus Rex?

My knowledge of this is vague unfortunately. I get confused as to who is an actor and who is a writer in the greek stuff.

I'm bone tired but wired and in enough pain that I can't sleep. Maybe a hot shower will help. Goodnight couch.

If you mean the book by Cloud and Townsend, it's quite good. I think you'll like how they use Scripture since you're Christian.

My birthday was awful lol. Three shouting arguments between family on that day. All involving my...very mean-spirited father.

So something awesome just happened, t texted me to clarify we didn't schedule for this Saturday (not the awesome thing lol) but the awesome thing that happened is that the negative voices did not start up immediately with "maybe she thinks you need to come, maybe she's right, you can't possibly not need to..." instead i thought "I'm fine waiting til the 26th as scheduled" and replied with same. Only after the short exchange did i notice the absence of the naysayers in my head. This is amazing to me!

There's no second swordfight in Oedipus Rex.

Also it wasn't written by Homer.

I don't know what is happening in my house lately but i went to pull my prescriptions out of my prescription wallet to get filled and it was empty! I am absolutely positive there were numerous repeats and out of date scripts there. Also there is watermelon in my fridge, I don't eat it.

I am going to have to brave the doctors secretary and pull out the "my doctor said she'd fit me in" card. I hate that I feel so small.

Is there a hot tub? Cause a hot tub when it's really really cold can be fun.

I originally suspected that "Beaver Cleaver" was a secret US plan to invade Canada. But apparently not.
