I don't think Granite will mind if I pass on that she came through surgery well and is hoping to be home by thanksgiving.
Thanks for this!

I really need my gp to call back with an appt soon. I know its only been an hour and a bit but all this talk lately of talking to parts has seriously upset me and my t's misunderstandings aren't helping. i want to do this IFS thing and talk to the parts but it scares me and a lot of the others s well. I need some sort of safeguards in place before we begin but if my t can't understand what I mean how do I go about explaining. I don't even know what i am thinking anymore this could all be drivel.

No. Way.

(I don't have anything for a therapist to want to examine, but if I did...they would have gotten a fist to the face without warning.)

Yay! Glad to hear Granite is okay Thanks MKAC.

ATAT--ehhhh...i suppose you can keep this one on the shortlist. I would be SERIOUSLY creeped out if my T asked to see my cuts in the first place, but would have wanted to hit her if she TOUCHED THEM. UGH.
Thanks for this!

I am SOOOOO not okay being touched without warning. I have seen my T for five years or something like that, I adore him and find him hugely attractive and still, he never touches me without warning.

Feeling kind of supercharged from saying NO to someone today and having it accepted--no questions asked, no prodding or coercing.

So Black Friday has been all week long. The holiday/Christmas season starts before Halloween now. It seems like soon every Friday of the year will be 'black Friday", and christmas will be all year round.

Im just in a really crappy mood, had a bad session tonight and am not up for starting a new thread. Ready to just quit therapy.

My gp always responds and fits me in. I think the receptionist didn't forward my messeage. This is the 2nd time.

Ever feel so overwhelmed that you feel lightheaded, dizzy, unsure if you can take care of yourself? Every once in a while the enormity of change for me this years knocks me off my feet. What is the physical mechanism of feeling dizzy/ out of it? I have sheet to do

Go to the pharmacy and check your blood pressure. Too high or too low.

This may sound odd, but lemon brings blood pressure into adjustment. If you have lemon essential CP Oil a couple of drops with water in a shot glass is what I do. Sometimes I just drink water with lemon juice added to it.

Yes, chronic dizziness. I have chronic low blood pressure, which is another new symptom. No cardiac problems so doctors dont look for a cause. Its debilitating, really difficult to work.

I think its neurological in my case, as ive had other autonmic netvous system problems.

WebMD is more informative than doctors; that is, if you are a middle aged woman.
