Ok well i survived today

Went to see a movie. We sat down and this guy sitting by himself behind us threw something at us. My friend was like wtf haha ok back to what we were doing. But i got paranoid. Really paranoid!! My heart was racing and i thought i was gonna get shot. Like they even played some safety preview and that really freaked me out. I slumped down in the seat so my head was not exposed

I knew it might be irrational. But my fear took over. I spent the whole movie like that.

In the middle of the movie he started talking on the phone!! My friend said out loud "are you Fing kidding me?" i told her to Please stop

Why am i insane. I hate myself

And i still want to go home

Needless to say i did not get shot and it was all made up on my stupid mind

I'm sorry I'm not mocking you but early on in my marriage I knocked my husband to the ground because I thought the guy taking his wallet out of his suit pocket actually had a gun. I was really shaken up at the time.

i cant even talk about it to people except people here and my T.. i tried to explain to my friend after but she made a joke about it and did not say much else. i knew i shouldnt go further with it to her. i was scared for my life. i know that sounds ****ing ridiculous right now, and it is to me too at this point. anyway its so scary and isolating because i know people are just judging me thinking i am crazy. people tell me im crazy and weird and they dont even know the half of it. sorry for writing a sob story rant, i am upset

Memories are not like exact photos. Plus people who share the same event can have different memories of it.

I understand that i just don't understand how the last bit feels false while the rest it feels right.

I used to remember the good bits of our childhood while my brother would remember the not so good bits of the same event.

Dna: I get the being paranoid thing. Once my T raised his voice a little and I got extremely scared. Afterwards I thought that everyone at the train station was out to kill me. I turned around every 3 steps because I thought someone might be behind me.

(Yeah, I know that sounds made up. It isn't)

I have been binge watching Derren Brown today to try to distract myself from todays session.
If you are interested he is a mentalist with a bit of debunking in his show.

We are the in-between generation, the transition from old fashioned to moderne. Things were weird for girls, and they projected their inability to handle us, ON us. Can kinda see why they just burned ladies as witches, omg.

Anyway, i had my own weird story along those lines, and happy day when i could finally dump it all on poor t. Of course, now probably he has nightmares.
