Basically he was just completely unattuned to me, like seriously idk wtf he was talking about...which is fine, it happens, but then I totally shut down the last 15-20 minutes. Like total silence. And then he said "you're the only one who can pull yourself out of this," which made me feel worse. And then it was over. And now I feel like ****

I cannot deal with these voices anymore. I'm considering drastic meAsures

I have to remember that

I came up with a career plan. I will go on youtube, attempting to learn various skills with industrial grade ADHD patience for instructions or tutorials or knowing if I have the proper equipment. Between yelps of frustration and unhindered profanity I will talk about my therapy sessions. Each episode will assumably end with a thorough meltdown, rage and crying. Lets the funds start rolling in.

JDNA - do you have any coping strategies at all?
I don't deal with actual auditory hallucinations, so I don't know if that's what your'e dealing with, but what helps me with the voices IN my head is laying on my bathroom floor with the hairdryer running and blowing on me.
LOUD white noise + heat + small space.

If you are keeping in score in the ultra needy book I regards to t.. I texted and emailed him today. Also, I had an appointment with him for Friday of next week and I called and made one for Wednesday too. I initially emailed him yesterday to run it by him.. idk why, just felt like I needed too. He didn't answer me so I just called and made the appointment. The receptionist who is still kind of new was like, you don't want to cancel your Friday appointment..very confused. Surely, since she has worked there she must of come across a client or two that has gone twice in one week. I just did it doe this week.. I am trying to proactive.. get a head of my awful thoughts!

That is a *****y thing to say. I'd be really pissed at my T if she said that to me.
