So I got hold of the Personnel manager and asked her if I could just come to the orientation today. She said there is not one today because they didn't have enough people. And now the next one is not until Tuesday. I am so angry at feels out of control. I wish someone would just kill me for real

Best time to cut off all other accounts? And, communication now happens only between attorneys?

Communication has only happened through my attorney for over eight months now. And it didn't happen at all for four months before that.

And I suspect he hired an attorney because I did cut off one account, and my lawyer informed him he no longer got a free ride on the storage unit and phone once the decree was final.

But if he can afford an attorney, he can go **** himself. Pity party's over.

I would like to contact a therapist for some extra support, but Morticia is so new and CW is...CW.

I felt financially okay enough to stop using insurance with her especially as she was less than $100/hour. But now I don't know how this will affect me financially. I'll know when I talk to the lawyer, but he's en route to Albany on another case and not immediately available.

I think I'm gonna go shred some of future ex's pictures or some such.

Eta: on the bright side there are probably advantages to him hiring a lawyer - it will be harder for him to make trouble later. And he is obviously exactly the type to do that.

I hope she comes through -- I guess out of network is not a great option on your insurance?

Yeah, I know it's super sucky that he resurfaced but I'd also be heartened by his hiring a lawyer (especially since I doubt it's the effect he was going for!).

My counselling session went really well.

I'm definitely not alone in having a mental health clinician suggest reparative therapy, some clients have been referred there by their doctors and Ts. No wonder that reparative therapy place openly says on their website that they work with other professionals such as clinical psychologists and psychiatrists.

The LGBT org isn't equipped for clinical / psychiatric MH stuff but they've clients who see their MH T and pdoc and then yea.

This is the first time I'm meeting with a social worker. I decided I'll be going once a month or once every two months. Spreading it out so I'll have a session with either once a fortnight.

I guess I've joined the club of having two Ts?

Part of me is scared that I'm going to jump in tomorrow and the 120 participants and technicians and performers and composers will arrive and the whole thing will crash and burn in slow motion for a week. The other part knows I did everything right ......to the best of my knowledge

Spouse is changing his weekend at home plans to stay an extra day to take me to my MRI since I'll have to be sedated to high heavens, plus the thought of being sedated is awful too so two evils not sure which is best.
