What happened to me not owing him anything? What happened to me not having to give love if I don't want to? What happened to helping me fight for my autonomy? Now I feel like not even she understands.

I suppose I got my hopes up for someone being able to understand at all, though.

Oh I am so angry at your girlfriend. Your father is a BAD person. He abused you SEVERELY and he is STILL abusing you till today. CSA is NOT love. Nothing he provides entitles him to abusing you. You don't owe him anything. You owe him NOTHING. He has deliberately chosen to repeatedly abuse you since you were a young child. Your autonomy MATTERS and I hope people will be able to help you leave this situation.

morning couchies. had a dream about t last night - i brought my mother to a therapy session and t was really upset at me for not telling her beforehand and blindsiding her and it was a waste anyway because we sat there and no one said anything. then my mother left and t went inside (we'd been meeting in a garden or something outside) and I was pacing back and forth in front of her apartment wanting her to come back outside and talk to me but she didn't so I decided to run home.

Sitting in radiology waiting room waiting for pelvic ultrasound as ovarian cancer screen. Feel better after getting some of my fears out in MC session yesterday but pretty sure illl start freaking out again once the test is done. And my T is on vacation this week (but said I could contact her if needed).

I feel this way a lot. Nothing is real. I'm not real. I'm stuck inside someone elses dream and I wish they would wake up so I could go away. It's confusing, and hard to explain to others but I get it cap. I get it.

If you're trying to improve your English, I don't recommend calling anyone dude. Some people use it, but they do so knowing how it sounds and will be received. It can come across as trying too hard, depending on who's saying it. Others don't give an eff, and say it anyway, and that works too.

eta: I went to school in Norway for a bit and there was a teacher who had an American slang notebook that he would add to whenever he met an American. The problem was, most of what he had in his book was out dated and he just sounded weird when he used the terms.
