I'm sorry guys I am taking up a lot of couch real estate lately

My youngest dog has been waking me up at 6 am this week - not my time of day. But it does mean we go for their long walk around 8 am- before it heats up to 107 or so degrees outside. And then I went and got a couple of watermelons. Watermelon is my favorite fruit of all time.

I have never stayed at an airnb. I am not really sure what they are or what they do.

White nectarines win but only by a little.

It's a website/app where people with spare rooms can put them up for travelers to stay in, and for travelers to find rooms at the times/locations they need. The booking and financial transactions are handled by the website. It tends to be far more affordable than a hotel so it's my primary means of lodging when I travel.

So I throw together an air mattress in my teaching studio, move some furniture around and call it a bedroom.

Exactly. The site takes$2 of every reservation and you can charge whatever you want. You can also add a cleaning fee and security deposit. At the moment I charge $69 per night and a $6 cleaning fee, and $200 security. Of this I get $73, direct deposit.

Oh heck yeah. Ashton Kutcher is an owner. They dont allow them in Trump Tower anymore. Hotels and cities are mad. Theyre like Uber.

Yeah, my landlord is way not cool with it. I think the main problem is people lease apartments who never live in them and fill them 100% with airbnb guests all the time, which is a big liability issue.
