I can not believe I actually did this!!

Today, I'm preparing for my T appointment. Killing some time. My phone rings. I'm thinking it is my daughter who has the same first three letters in her shortened name as my T. I answer and say "Hi, Sweetie". OMG it's HIM. He says "hi there". I'm totally embarassed and say OMG I thought you were my daughter.

He says "Well I wan't to say hi sugar, I sorry, but I'm going to be about 10 minutes late for our appointment."

I'm totally embarassed and he says "it is the perfect time to make such a mistake. It's perfectly fine, don't worry about it."

Sooo funny. At the end of my session, I say thank you and good-bye, then said "sorry about the phone call, I swear it was not a slip." He laughed and said it was great.

"Hi, sugar." I love it!!

I wonder if he really believed me?

Peace

OMG that is amazing, lol. OMG - The Ultimate "Slip" OMG - The Ultimate "Slip" That is seriously hysterical.

That reminds me of the time my mechanic called. He was this really rough around the edges-type guy and he was just all around intimidating, like you just didn't wanna say anything about cars cause you knew you'd look stupid... the kind of guy you could never get to laugh. So I was expecting my dad to call... the phone rang and I picked it up and said,
"HI DAD!"
And I hear, "This is Bob. Your mechanic."-- in a completely flat, humourless, unimpressed tone.
"Oh. Hi."

He did not call me sugar though, lol.

I forwarded my brother a copy of some e-mail that he had sent to me, instead of forwarding it to the therapist. Now my brother knows I sent his e-mail to "somebody."

I had a call this morning, after receiving a few from the usual creditors asking for money, this person asked for my husband, I told them he works nights and was in bed, ranted and raved about how many calls we were getting, to get off our backs and give us some peace, we don't have the money to give you, we are seeking legal advice etc etc only to find out it was someone completely innocent so I was left with red cheeks for half an hour afterwards......she went needless to say....doubt she'll be calling again OMG - The Ultimate "Slip" OMG - The Ultimate "Slip" OMG - The Ultimate "Slip" OMG - The Ultimate "Slip" OMG - The Ultimate "Slip"

My mother had a maid in the 1960s to help with the heavy cleaning and the maid had schizophrenia. One day my father came home and heard my mother in the kitchen so calls out something personal and loving and gets to the kitchen to find my mother wasn't home; it was the maid talking to herself :-)
