This is the worst I've been for a long time. I'm a bit destablised by yesterday's session. I've been weirdly euphoric today and that's been contrasted by

I took off from work today bc yesterday's activities of throwing up every hour and being in a lot of pain took a lot out of me..but to not be nauseous anymore! A gift.

Pssst, art--skimming my psych textbook's chapter on memory, I saw a sentence that said that if you study and learn while slightly tipsy, and then take a test on that material while at the same level of tipsiness, you will likely do better.
So, if you want an excuse to have some wine...
