I agree that reporting him everywhere you can is a good idea. You are right, revocation of license needs to be permanent.
I don't think it is slander if you simply present the facts of the case and its outcome. |

Someone from TELL responded and gave me some other websites to check for his name. She gave some other ideas, as well, and an invitation to keep her in the loop.
She sent me a warm, heartfelt email as she is a survivor too and invited me to contact TELL if I get to a place where I want to work with other victims... |

I can still file a complaint with the California and Nevada Medical Boards. T doesn’t think they will have any jurisdiction over him. But what could it hurt?
If PerpT changes his ad and advertises himself on online sites as a ‘psychotherapist,’ - he could do that and not be doing anything illegal, right? |

Can you put information about him in the review section on HealthGrades or other medical professionals directories where he is listed? Actually, a better question to ask if you are up to doing this. California has an anti-SLAPP protection law that makes it very difficult to sue people for posting negative reviews. Besides, you would not be lying. All information would be factually correct, and, I am sure, you have all the evidence documented such as the board's decision about his license revocation and other things that were documented during the board and other proceedings.
I posted a review of my last therapist on Yelp where I described exactly what happened and posted links to the public record on the board's website. My review stayed there for about a year. Then he was able to force it to be taken down for the ridiculous reason that I had a "personal", not professional relationship with him. Dah! That's the whole point of the ethical violation - that he changed the relationship from professional to personal. But I decided not to waste my time and energy fighting it. I decided it wasn't worth it. I thought one year was a long enough time for those who googled him to find out what he did. I don't know if he lost some clients because of that, but I really don't care anymore.. Anyway, writing a review is also an option.. |

Great idea. I hadn’t checked YELP. Couldn’t find him there, though, which is good.

Check HealthGrades, Vitals and Wellness. There is also Yellow Pages which is different from Yelp.
If he is not registered anywhere, it IS a good news. Also, keep in mind that it is a responsibility of those who consider seeing him to check if he carries a license. If they do check they will find out very quickly that he lost his license due to a disciplinary action. If they don't check it is on them. It is not your responsibility to exercise the due diligence for them. So, it's not like people don't have an opportunity to take care of themselves. They do. So, let them do it. |

Have you thought about sending copies of the findings to the website where he is "practicing"? I would think they would be interested in that. If all you do is send copies, I don't see how that could get you in any trouble-if they have a snail mail address you could send it anonymously. |

I sent documents to Doximity and they took his ad down pending investigation. I took a screenshot of it while it was up. I haven’t contacted HealthTap yet because I wanted the Nevada Attorney General to find it up if they investigated. I have a screenshot of that one, too. |

Update:
Doximity took down his ad right away. While no one from the Nevada Attorney General’s office responded to me about my complaints- I checked today and it appears HealthTap has taken down his ad, too. HealthGrades show “Dr. *** may no longer be in practice.” Good. Enjoy your retirement, PerpDoc. Thank you, Attorney General. |
