Spent the day cleaning the apartment. Maintenance needs to come tomorrow and I refuse to let people in my house when it’s messy. I should be writing an IEP but I don’t want to. So I’m working on my cross stitch and watching the Food Network.

I’m beginning to think that annoying CBT therapist is right. My life isn’t that bad right now. Why am I so depressed then?

I don’t feel like I have much to contribute to PC lately. Sorry. I read most everything on the couch but don’t know what to say.

And it seems as though eating a questionable cream filled cookie products and reporting back as to which unlikely tropical fruit it tasted closest to here would push you right back up top.
Actually ingesting such a product seems hazardous - but - no guts no glory.

T texted me three times today because I didn't answer the first text. It wasn't intentional-I was just separated from my phone due to other activities.

But it makes me rather happy that at least once, T was stressing over me not answering rather than the other way around.
