ughhhhhhh. i saw my psychiatrist today, and wants to add on ANOTHER med (that'd be 4), and i just found out it cost $40/month. No bueno, especially since the one i use for sleep went from $10/month to $40/month in January. I can't afford both, and i prefer sleep.

i am sick of feeling like this. i just want to be done.

What do people with severe social anxiety do for a job? What I wouldn't do to have a job where I am not constantly worrying about issues regarding social anxiety, etc. This job is draining me and it feels like it is way too much right now.

Just got back to work from session. That was too intense. I'm emotionally drained. I decided to bring up something I'd been thinking about for several months. I think it was a mistake. I couldn't give him details and only talked in generalities. I still felt so ashamed and hid my face behind a pillow the whole time. He wants to pick up on it tomorrow, but I don't know that I can tell him the details.

I’ve always preferred my right knee, it has an interesting scar.

Ancient Egyptian women would outline the varicose veins on their legs in kohl.

Absolutely not. Not every T will tell you, though.

Worth discussing with T, in my opinion.

OTOK

Are they stylish braces? Flower prints? Houndstooth? A girl’s gotta dress her knees up.

Back office paperwork can be fairly safe. Unfortunately, this is the sort of job that gets outsourced to the Philippines. But if you're in the Philippines (or equivalent), it could be good.

I buy stuff cheap from thrift stores, garage sales and sometimes clearance sales and resell it on eBay and related sites.
