Banana for me. Also, original is unsweetened and you can add your own flavours by adding fruit, honey etc.

I see you, NP. You're not alone.

Is there something in which you can immerse yourself which might give you even a moment of relief? Music, a book, a favourite film?

What’s the connection between couches and scams?

I think "Scams R Us" is a good name for this thread. Therapy was a big scam for me. Instead of help, I have been put through one of the worst nightmares of my life. I had no warning of bad therapists and believed health care workers were basically good people. Red Flag is up now. Been burned.

Someone here even wrote about their therapist going to prison. Goes to show you how bad some of them are. Never let your guard down.

I feel like bursting into that song that Veruca Salt sings in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, except it would be all about wanting my phone NOW. I honestly don't know how I'm going to make it until Tuesday. I feel like I'm going to have a panic attack.

Yesterday, I gardened barefoot and played badminton barefoot in the yard without incident.

This morning, in my own kitchen, I started my day by stepping on a bee.
Ow.

The chocolate comes in mini size, and thats the only box ive opened, cuz ive been eating them plain. My fridge is also on the fritz, so i havent wanted to get any kind of milk. When i do get everything back in commission, i will probably have to add mini chocolate chips to the regular weetabix. The mini weetabix were not as i remember the regular weetabix 20 years ago. God i am so freaking old.

That made me laugh.

Actually, the bee’s day was way worse than mine.
Baking soda paste can’t really take the sting out (ha!) of being squished.

If you have antiperspirant with aluminum in it, that should help you (not the bee!).

It's tomorrow. I've already broken down and cried twice. I've got chapters to still work through and I'm just awfully tired more than anything.

In truly random stuff from last nights dream (which had lots of deep stuff to go into, but not going into that here), apparently there was also a fast version of George Michaels “One More Try.”

I remember my mother using her cigarette tobacco for bee stings on my sibling and I. She would tear open a cigarette from its paper, moisten it, and place it on the sting. It helped with the pain.

When you've got a bee sting, you'll try anything!

I go through this vigilant cycle as well...about my pdoc maybe practicing again. Found him listed as practicing on online therapy and Online MD sites! I took care of it the best I could.

Maybe make a pro n con list about contacting T1. One con for me is it ..keeps me in a negative relationship with pdoc. I can’t let it go, either.

I guess it's like knowing any sort of herbal or alternative healing method like honey on wounds or teabags for tooth pain. Having been raised in the south around tobacco country probably helped as well
