Oh, and whatever you do don’t hug stopdog. She prefers to keep people at a distance but will offer a totally different perspective on therapy and therapist in general. We get an “Ack” or “good lord” on a regular basis around here. Don’t take em personal!

Reminds me of a while back when we were talking about making therapist voodoo dolls or lifelike dolls or something. Whatever happened to that idea?

I think that was anais's baby. Hope she's doing well.

I still think personalized t-shirts with a therapist's photo and "Friends don't let friends see this therapist" is a winner.

hey guys. i got sent to the ER today I freaked out, bc hospitals scare the ever-loving shite out of me. My blood pressure has been really high the whole time i've been here, and they were worried about dehydration and not eating enough.

(i got the records back at the end, and my weight shocked me)

got a saline drip, and all the labs came back "excellent," so luckily i was sent back rather quickly.

i have to start eating more here or they will kick me out. its an issue i've avoided for a long time.

At the casino waiting for concert. Ready to have fun! Doing well re: son's weekend away w his girlfriend. It helped talking about my feelings on that subject w Lulabelle yesterday. I also find myself looking forward to Sunday's CODA meeting.
