WarmFuzzySocks--I live near a park that has kayaks and I have thought about going out kayaking but I've never done it before so, thus far I have chickened out. But I can relate to living a life that is not sustainable with my current functioning. I am so glad you were able to find something to help you unwind.

It wouldn't bother me if someone knew me. I'll just ask first if he wants me to. He might toss it so who knows? Lol

Hehe. I would some of you to bop my Ts head. Thinking back i think its really got to do with the fact that he is leaving the country for a month and i am freaking out but i dont want admit that itbis affecting me that much. If i bring it up in session i feel i might not let it go. There are things i worry about like planes falling out of the sky, T being bit by monkeys, stray dogs cats, rabid badgers (i have no idea where he is going so the world of possibilities is overwhelming)

My T used to wear socks but i think he may have slipped and hurt himself as he wears shoes now. Also he had this set of socks with feelings and emojis. I used to try to guess whether he picked them randomly or wore them ironically.
Thanks for this!

I would encourage you to talk about it. My T is away for a month. He told me about it 2 months in advance but it's still brought up a looooot of stuff.

It must be frustrating to have me as a client. I am quite often out of touch with my feelings and I have a really hard time remembering my childhood which makes it difficult to figure out why things are. Today I started crying (well, I started crying harder actually) and he asked me what the tears were about and I couldn't tell him. It was just a big hit of emotion and I'm not even sure which emotion it was.

When i was in maybe middle school or so, i found a tiny triangular green stone with a bit of orange at one end of it in our front rose garden. It was my friend for a while. But i thought it should stay where it was.
