(He also said he doesn’t think I’m the type who *could* just avoid them—and I agreed). More that one needs to accept that they could end and know you’ll be able to get through it. He’s trying to help me be more ok with that in general.

Out of our whole group only me and another boy A, turned up at 8pm. We didn't get to scrub in on a surgery but we were in the surgical clinic. The youngest patient was less than 3 months old. We got to do stitches in someone who was drunk.

We were talking about the topics antidepressants as he'd brought a pharma book and that I'd tried two. Then I told I was borderline and was actually really nice about it. I felt very connected to him.We stayed until 11.20pm before we called it a night and he walked me home- which I secretly liked.

I think my cold is getting better. I'm finally not coughing so much. I'm tired though. Meh. Kit.

my T is right i think. A lot of this stuff stems from shame. I asked him the difference between embarrassment and shame. i was describing my feelings about trying to keep the accidnet with my ex bil car from the family and how my ex said i should have contacted them as it was common decency. i thought they didbnt want more stress in their grief. Anyway i said i felt something between embarrassment and shame, maybe. He said "wow you are really hedging your bets today"
Anyway I have had to access my super again to pay the insurance excess. fml.
