A coworker brought in tons of lemons from his trees. So yay, free lemons. Kit

I think you must have said it previously. But Ooooooo you're pretty far down south. Hmmmm Seattle --> Phoneix 22 h 10 min (1,424.1 mi). I think I should start at the top and work my way through just like cake. (I'm sorry I'm just stupidly hungry right now but not enough to actually do something about it). __________________ |

And EDD got back to me regarding a question on one of their forms for one of my employees. So now I can fill it in and send it back for him so he can get his benefits! Yay! I spent forever on the phone and couldn't get a "live" person so then I went to their website and found where I could email them. Took a day to get a response but at least I know what to put on the form! Kit

I feel like that honestly would have been the old me (my 2 year therapy anniversary is actually tomorrow) . Now I'm actually more okay with putting myself and my needs first and realizing that I don't have to be nice.Today after the extra thing with the nurse at 6.30am I arranged to study with another girl at 11.30.She was really late and not even there by 12.40 and there was still an hour to go before our class. I only turned up because I was supposed to meet her, and I didn't feel like eating there. I told her I was going back home and not waiting any longer (I live 10 mins away from the hospital so it wasn't far). I know R would be proud of me even though it sounds dumb. I don't have to only show positive emotions and I can tell people when I think they've messed up and I'm not happy with it. So I want to go to a theme park, we will go to a chocolate making class, an independent book store that charges more than Amazon, and a fancy cake store. Edit:All in one day cause that's how I roll now. __________________ |

Random couch poll because of something random that came up in session: Does anyone on here eat cheese sandwiches? Not grilled cheese, just cold cheese. If so, do you put mustard on them? This seemed to blow T's mind--apparently it doesn't take much! (It came up in the context that I was having trouble eating the past few days and that all I'd eaten yesterday was cheese sandwich.)

Yes to cold cheese sandwich, no to mustard.

I used to eat cheese sandwiches with butter--not grilled, cold, when I was little. I haven't had one for ages though. Kit

Not something I would eat often, but I have eaten a cold cheese sandwich before and I can see myself putting mustard on it to give it some more flavor.

I posted further up about fantasizing about buying a 400g block of cambozola. I love cheese and I can eat it on it's own. I'm expanding my horrizons and actually experimenting with a new one each week.At any rate I will be speaking Italian soon! But I don't generally buy mustard so don't think I've mixed the two. I made a roll today with just a single slice of gouda. It's not weird at all, but then i'm also the kind of girl who would eat roasted artichokes from a jar on their own... The pharmacy I worked at had meal replacement drinks like Ensure. Perhaps you could try something similar like a protein bar or a shake if you haven't been eating well. __________________ |
