I had ice cream before lunch today. Being healthy = failure.

I am so struggling and failing this entire month with the whole being healthy thing. My h bought a bunch of half price Christmas chocolates and it's all gone already. I kinda hate myself...

Art, I think the holidays are a time for failure with being healthy. I just go with it and then start over in the new year. Don't hate yourself please. You are loved here on the couch. Kit

My teens have melted into puddles of inertia on the furniture. YouTube is practically oozing out their ears.

I just gave them a to-do list:
Clean something
Make something
Read something

After a quick discussion of the actual meaning of the term inertia both in daily use and in physics, including a brief rendition of the theme song from Bill Nye the Science Guy and a reference to me as "an external force", they are working on installing a webcam, playing guitar, and working on a word puzzle.

I am going to clean my bathroom.

I highly recommend the rather cheap Raspberry Pi (if you haven’t already gotten it) for further projects.

What's wrong that you can't buy cheap screw top plonk or distill your own ethanol from potatoes like the rest of us? Bloody bourgeoisie.

Can you put something like black electrical tape over the lights?

Well I'm working so much overtime and I work at home so I never go anywhere and besides, I had to use the credit for something before it expired....

As for distilling it from potatos, see previous excuse of working so much overtime.
Thanks for this!
