I've never been to a chiro but with all this overtime and all the tension in my neck/shoulders all the time lately I'm thinking about finding one.

They're cooking for me now.

I think it's been like a typical sleepover .I've done two makeovers, straightened hair, let them dress up in my clothes, but it's honestly been fun.

There's 11 years me and the youngest and 9 with my other sister. The 18 year old was beaming on the bus from the airport and saying it was a family holiday, It may sound strange but growing up we never did the whole family holiday thing.

I didn't think it would really mean that much to them, but I can tell that it has. It cost a bomb though! As I booked flights the day before.

As they're older now we watched the movies Hitch and Minority report which they hadn't seen before.

I think the chiropractor I see (who also does acupuncture) has done more for my outlook than therapy ever did.
In two visits, the chiropractor got rid of the numbness and tingling I had in my left arm.

You may want to get your thyroid checked out, atat. I get numbness in my arms as the result of a thyroid condition.

Blood tests back last spring said no thyroid issues. But the annual bloodwork is coming up, so maybe something has changed.

Also the arm numbness started summer 2016. It’s just now getting bad enough for me to consider doing something about it.

Mine had been going on for a few years but then got so bad in the left arm I became a tad concerned about having a heart attack. But then I did not die so I assumed it wasn't that and finally decided to see the chiro about it.
I see a woman who does not look like goslings or any other baby birds.

I'm a little nervous of chiropractors cuz what if I pick a bad one?? I don't know anybody in town who goes to one I've asked around at work and stuff. I guess I can look for online reviews and stuff. I need to do something my neck is so sore all the time lately. I just try to ignore it.

My left arm goes numb a lot but I sleep on that side so I think my shoulder is out of whack. If I put my arm behind me, thus positioning the shoulder differently, the numbness goes away. My right arm is fine. On occasion I will get a deep tissue massage and that helps for a little while. If only I could go to sleep on my back all would be well. Kit

I'm so anxious. I wish time would go by faster.
normally if I was this distracted/nervous I'd leave work early and sit at the McDonald's across the street and drink coffee and journal for a while, but I have some cells growing that I need to let grow for a few more hours before I can do the last step of the protocol.

Edit: just checked and they've grown more than I expected. I might be able to leave like half an hour early.

T in 2 hrs. I'm scared. I don't want to face her. What if I bawl and get all snotty? I have a bloody nose today, so it would be extra gross! I've cried in front of T before, but not bawled. What if I don't get the reassurance I need? What if it hurts more? I'm really really scared!

Hey couchies! I shopped by myself today and got some wonderfully soft fleece sheets. Can't wait to see if they overheat me and cause me to strip them off in the middle of the night lol. Hope you're all having a great day!

If fleece are too hot and you like soft sheets, maybe try jersey or modal sheets. Much softer than typical cotton. They feel like a nice soft t-shirt.
