I don't find them all that sweet. But they do tend to blend up without much pulp - so unlike almonds - you are not left with a bucket of pulp that you have figure out how to use.
Cashews are like that as well - they blend up very nicely without needing to be strained and squeezed through a nut bag or cheesecloth

You are very correct. Jersey and Oozit are very much NOT the same person.

I mean I’ve been around here for a long time. Ozzit had a very short stay of only a few months. Considering I deleted my account in a manic triggered state I think I Pm’ed a few mods to delete it so maybe somehow the numbers got messed up. I never even noticed everyone who left was assigned a separate anonymous number.
Thanks for this!

Sorry it's my hyper-rational "everything must make sense or the world will fall to pieces" brain having a field day. I wasn't suggesting you were the same person at all!!

Chicken enchiladas. Low fat and tasty. Use old elpaso xtreme wellness wraps to make them. Those are the ones I found to have the less carbs and calories.

I was given the Delliciously Ella with friends cook book. You might like it too. I mean I looked at the pictures, but haven't actually used one recipe .

It’s okay. I’m not laughing at you. If I had noticed the numbers the same I would have emailed everyone under the sun to find out what’s wrong. I was just laughing at the conversation that stemmed from it. With Stopdog, Una and some of you guys. I don’t think I actually wanted to leave. I was very triggered and a little manic. I Pm’ed a bunch of mods that day. I wanted Jersey 3 back but I don’t how to get it.

I like the Skinnytaste website and cookbooks. I find the name a little annoying because I'm not interested in being "skinny," but she knows how to make healthy dishes without sacrificing flavor, which is key.
Thanks for this!

Good morning Couchies. HUGS if anyone wants one. It was kind of a long weekend, but I wish it were still the weekend. I visited my boss who is in a post-operative-rehab-place. They didn't do much for her over the weekend but now that it's Monday something might happen. I made myself go to Church although I really didn't feel like it. I got hugs though from some people at Church so that was nice. I'm really tired today and I'm really tired of being depressed. I see my PDOC tomorrow but I'm not optimistic. HUGS Kit

I'm currently watching the new season of I am jazz. She's at a prom and her friend wasn't feeling well because she was overwhelmed by the loud noise. So she went back and brought her cheesecake and sat outside on the floor with her- that's a friend in a nutshell.

I finally started watching In Treatment. I enjoy that Paul is just as messed up as his clients without being cartoonishly incompetent. At least not yet, anyway.

My T said something today about how I think she's a great parent but that she makes mistakes and worries about what her own kids will be saying about her in therapy someday. I can't decide whether I should tell her that I probably don't idealize her as much as she thinks I do? I don't think she's even a perfect therapist, and that job is way easier than raising children. I just don't see the point in using my sessions to detail the ways in which I perceive her to fall short. I would rather take what good things I can get from her and ignore the rest. Very odd that she doesn't seem to realize this...

@ArtieSwimsOn - How would I make this without a slow cooker thing?

Use a dutch oven and put in the oven on a lowish temp would be my suggestion.
It won't take as long as a slow cooker.

And there are other sites that can help you convert the time/temp as well. I got those from a google search

I've decided to stop ignoring my feelings. And since I don't want to eat them either, I must feel them. It is an odd mixture of sad, hopeful and relaxed. I am not sure what I am supposed to do with this mix.

I haven't used a dutch oven since my girl Scout days. I might need to look for one of those...
