My worst raise ever. Sucks when I had mostly 4's and a couple 5's (5 is the best). Wonder why they're being so stingy. I got only a 1.4% increase. Pbbbbt

I did ask how 2 5's, 6 4's and 2 3's equals a 3 overall. He gave some cockamamy nonsensical answer.

I almost cried but thankfully I have grown in the area of emotional regulation and did not!! I'm super disappointed though.

Oh well. At least i'm not taking calls anymore. There's always that.

Couch doctors! Has anyone ever experienced a feeling like a vibration inside their foot? That’s the best I can describe it. Side of my left foot, but I can’t feel it externally when I rest my hand there even when I feel it internally. It’s not a pulse. It’s frequent, every few seconds, but not regular.

I have noticed it before but I always thought it was being caused by something like vibrations through the floors. Only yesterday did I realize it was internal and constant.

(I’m going to make my PCP earn her keep Wednesday, apparently.)

We have at least 2 couch doctors..Where is our resident and our student at? Surely they would have some clue.

I meant how every time somebody lists their symptoms we all Google them and toss around possibilities.

I tried describing it as a buzzing on Google instead of a vibration and got more helpful results.

It’s driving me nuts.

I just read back about the liver numbers you posted about. I wonder if some other symptoms might be coming out as psychosomatic? If your worried about the liver numbers. I’m not discounting that your foot is vibrating, trust me. I had myself diagnosed with cancer at least 4 times in my life. Dr google is hard to stay away from. It makes things worse.

Let us know how it goes Wednesday if you will.

ETA- I’m going with that the vibration is muscle spasms.
Thanks for this!

Ugh, I'm sorry. Clearly they're not good at math! I wonder if it's like at my H's work (and my previous job) where each supervisor can only give out so many of each rating?

Not 1 or 3. 2 might be cool as an historically influential ailment, but it’s not painful.

I'm sure that's what it is. But I'm still super disappointed. And much less willing to continue doing all this voluntary overtime. I want to say **** that except I like the paychecks too much.

How do you know its not 3? That was my first symptom.

Eta - otherwise i would say you got a pinched nerve somewhere. Or an acupuncture needle got left behind?

And if that’s the case Art, then everyone who deserved a decent raise probably got the same go-round that you got.

As a person who has had gout twice, you'd know if it was gout. And no, I don't eat like Henry VIII. The first time it was some medicine I was taking. The second was because of alcohol intake.

Because I just had blood work done and have normal blood sugar?

I’m sitting on my couch watching Deal or No Deal (I’m not sure why) and now I’ve waited too long to eat dinner and I’m out of my 12 hour food window now. I had in my head 2 hours ago that I should find some dinner then just got lazy. I don’t think I’m hungry though or I would have made it a point to get my dinner.

I've felt something similar in my hip and in the heel of my hand. When it was happening in my hip, I kept thinking I had my phone in my back pocket. I'd reach for it then realize that it's been years since I've kept my phone on vibrate AND my phone's not in my pocket anyway.

I figure it's just some weird nerve compression thing. Usually a visit to the chiropractor straightens it out.

I'm so exhausted to the point of tears today. My 4 year old is on day 7 of having a fever so we've been at the doctor's for the past 2 hours doing a work up. H and I are dog sitting for my brother in law this whole weekend for their 3 dogs. That's been a huge pain. I've been trying to help H with his math class but he just gets upset with me and says I don't have to do anything but then turns around and gets upset because he doesn't know the stuff. I am throwing in my white flag.
