Seriously, mine have been bad for years. A very nice coworker once told me i was too stressed out, that i was going to explode if i kept up that way. She was not of this culture. They cant test for that tho.

When do you get your results? Didn't you say the medication could be a possible cause? Hope it's nothing serious...

Plus the paper shredder keeps going off by itself like it is possessed. The darn thing is annoying. I keep walking to the front office to turn it off but people are leaving it on after they shred stuff so it keeps doing it. Kit

I'm looking at fitbits online. I need to get in better shape. Dang AP med made me gain too much weight. The sit ups and push ups aren't getting it. Kit

Tomorrow I find out my lab results and then in two weeks I go back to the doctor. Can't wait to see what she has to say (sarcasm). Kit

I wonder, though, if it is possible you work too hard and don't make enough time for yourself?

i am really conflicted. Do i keep om going and try and work through this or just give up therapy? i would feel like i had failed if i gave up, but maybe i am just not strong enough and i am making excuses not to do it so if i leave... i dont know what to think anymore

Could you try a different therapist? I always enjoyed interviewing them. Plus it was always a tad alarming (and therefore compelling) to see how many were actually worse than the two I had already hired.

i tried several last year and they were not good at all. this has stimulated the conversation with my t that therapy isnt working for me so he has suggested a new approach or just leave but after 8 years i find i am kind of stuck.
