He does allow contact outside of session, so I can call him if I want or need to he says. He's pretty good at getting back to me or texting me if he's not available to call back for a while. So he's available, I just have to call. I'm going to try to not bother him unless I really need to. My kids are officially on summer break now, so I'm going to try to spend more time with them this week.
And yes, the home nurse still comes 2-3 a week right now. I'd love if tomorrow was her last day because it's very uncomfortable since she knows all of Hs family and she was bonding with my father last time. He showed her all around his camper and she told him that she was my home health nurse.

I will just sit here on the end of the couch and be miserable and poke the dust bunnies to stop themreproducing. It hasn't helped that Pink Floyd just came on the radio

I had such a good day yesterday. I vacuumed I haven't vacuumed in over 2 months, though I do sweep most days. I was in my art room and saw 2 paintings I painted for my exT I wonder if I should give him those as well as the book or would that look creepy?

A part of me seems to think if I give him gifts it might change his mind but I checked and he hasn't applied for any govt contracts this year and he only has one current one that runs out next year, so it looks like he is doing what he said he was doing.

GDP measures everything that can be taxed. If they ever find a way to tax leisure time, it will be included in GDP.

Session with R.

he said that I had done really well and was able to show more insight and awareness.

He told me that from all of his clients im the only one who has ever chosen to sit on the floor. I didn't believe him, but he said it was true.

that he recommended three sessions a week. I mentioned the cost of that, but he said he was willing to support me, but that I needed to actually come. Going to talk about what that means later.

And he told me the story of the blue dinosaur in his office. .

Perhaps you could buy yourself something nice instead? Maybe new T will be better than him?

That really does sound lousy of her. Maybe email asking for a partial refund. She didn't help you with what you originally came in for.

I am trying a new brand of cbd oil that is really really hempy. I woke up and it took me a few minutes to figure out why my mouth tasted like I had smoked a joint.

I was going to talk about my therapist's new supervisor, who is a really interesting choice, but if I talk about why he's an interesting choice it will basically identify him because when I type the reasons he is an interesting choice into Google his name comes up a lot. Suffice to say my therapist's new choice of supervisor raised my eyebrows.

Verrry short! I could do only 1 pool length!! I'm going to need to work back up to my usual, I guess when surgery messes with your abdominal muscles and stuff you have to build your strength back. Walking is ok tho. I will swim again today after work. And every day to get those muscles strong again.

Couchies, if you're inclined to send some good thoughts, prayer, float healing vibes into the universe juice, deep breaths, whatever, my son is having his heart procedure done today. I get to hang out here at the hospital for a few hours. Everyone has been very reassuring about how routine and straightforward this procedure is.

I overheard the nurse briefing someone right before he went back, and she said, "He's very calm, very nice kid." I loved that. He is.

I'm just googled the facility map and I'm going to find the coffee shop.

I agree. My current T has a receptionist staff. Former T did but only at one of her offices and I usually saw her at the office where she didn't. It was just awkward dealing directly with the T on financial matters. And it sort of left me feeling bad, like I was paying to be cared about, even though my head knew that wasn't true, my heart didn't know that. HUGS Kit

I paid L directly, she doesn't have an office staff. Not that that fact helped me remember that ours was a professional relationship. Couch 197: The Minuscule Couch One would think it would, apparently I am stubborn or something.
