There are rumours in our town that we are getting a Taco Bell but we already have several Guzman y Gomez in a town where the majority don't even know where North America is let alone Central America

Food pitty party @ the couch tonight... I can do biscuits and gravy, mashed potatoes, still have spaghetti sauce from last night and can throw in some noodles... what should I be passing around for dessert? Have stove will cook!

Ok that's it. Da Vinci consorted with ancient aliens? I'm changing my major to ancient astronaut theory. I might still have to take math but I can probably just make up my own.

Just got a call from a realtor who said he's looking for a property on our street and do I want to sell....

If they’re talking about DaVinci they really need to rename it Renaissance Aliens.

I find it hard to throw myself a food pity party on a gf diet. I envy you guys.

I did that already.. take our Chinese food tonight. I still have cheesecake and wine waiting for me later.

I see T in 3 days and part of me wants to pretend I didn't miss her one bit.

Strangely I am not in the mood for ice cream. That is usually my go-to when I want to eat my feelings. Taco Bell was enough.

Ice cream is 100% my go to, I can destroy a pint of ice cream like it's nothing. on therapy nights.

But it did give me pause.

Tomorrow is edit day for this week's poems. I got some good feedback again from my group so am looking forward to improving them. And yesterday I told L briefly about the one I wrote from a dream, she was all excited and said she couldn't wait to see it. I didn't bring that one yet because my first draft sucked eggs. I liked the other one though and read that one to her. I'm looking forward to making the dream one better. I need to put more of me into it.

@@, GF dinner here: spinach salad, chicken breast, steamed green beans and little potatoes, and white beans. But no Talenti in the house. I LOVE Talenti. But I am baking bread (NOT GF, in fact, extra gluten!), so I may cut a slice while it's still warm and get out the butter!

Ugh, perked up for a little bit when H got home but now he is in bed and I’m crashing again. Unfortunately we just ate so there is no more room for chocolate. I am obsessively checking my emails for a reply (that will most likely just set off another round of chaos) from T. I need to go to the barn and feed and check the barn critters but I need a boat and some trout waders.
In other news I got denied my FMLA because I have not worked enough hours at my job... so now I need to figure out what to do there. We still don’t have any hope with my son just better information. I am on constant meltdown mode, gained over 20lbs, having violent outbursts and just flat out nuts... I don’t think customer service is really a good place for me right now. We also have a new girl at work that is just the poster child for entitled catty brat... thankfully she likes me (for now) and is going after one of the managers... I have no patience for politics and games.

Hey almost the same here, but cardamom sprinkled canned peaches, HMR bbq chicken and rice and beans, canned green beans, and hot cocoa. I was just congratulating myself on having such a normal dinner! pieced together as it was!

Talenti is like a once a year treat for me. It’s expensive. Like $5.99 for a pint. And I can eat the whole pint in one sitting-which is why I only get it once a year or so. That stuff is dangerous.
