Couch 199: The Unennennium Couch

I use firefox on my laptop and a few days ago suddenly started getting that captcha thing all the time.never used to.

Evening couch!
My boys have been little satan spawns today. Disrespectful. I had to restrain my younger son earlier this morning and he dug his fingernails into my arm.
They've calmed down finally but they wore me down today.
I took my daughters to a free mini photo session and got to pick a free print. The studio is 45 minutes away so it was a nice few hour break from H and the boys.
I'm trying to keep myself busy this weekend to get through until Monday evening to see T.

I wonder if I will see the therapist next week.

And if I do, if I should lie about stuff.

So my son already threw out his mattress and box spring. Does anybody know if he should get rid of his couch too? Or will the treatment they do Monday get rid of the nasties? I tend to think it would be safer to just toss that too. It's our old one anyway.

We had a huge double rainbow out our front door this evening. The picture doesn't do it justice.

Better safe than sorry with bed bugs. They make new sofas. I always heard heat was the only way to truly get rid of them. Like tent off your house and increase the heat until they were dead. But I haven't researched it or anything so take that with a grain of salt.

Just for the record, I hate everything today. Except maybe my therapist. I don't hate him.

Totally weird dreams last night, taking place in the house i grew up in. Like taking a bath there. Recurring dream about the light switch in my bedroom not working. Recurring dream about walking from the west side of town to the east side of town (the middle is more greenspace).

I had some odd dreams last night, too. I was in a train station and had misplaced my shoes somewhere and was wandering all around to find them. Then suddenly realized I had them on. In another dream (most of it too complicated to describe), I was outside with two people I'd just met who were smoking and asked one for a cigarette (it's been a long time since I've smoked one). But the filter partly broke off, and there were sticks inside? The woman said, "It's OK, it's only wood." It kept going out and I had to keep asking her to relight it. I was like, "I promise I used to actually smoke!" Not sure if this is like Freud's cigar... There was some weird task I had to complete in that one, too, and I couldn't get it to work. Oh right, and someone told me I must be part Japanese, which...yeah I have no idea where that came from. (I'm pretty much all Western and Southern European, and that's confirmed by 23 & Me).

I dreamed about Mr. Murse surprising me in the shower.

I dreamt I was at my therapist’s house and she was showing me photos. Most were things like a quilt she’d made, scenery from hikes, but a couple were of my dear friend holding a baby. She seemed a little startled that the photo was someone I know..

When I woke up this morning I was aware that I had been dreaming, but said dream escaped my awareness. I'm really frustrated at not remembering my dreams since the one that basically told me to go back to therapy. Maybe I'm blocking them?

I just spent a little time cleaning out my car since I'm going to have it towed tomorrow to the shop. There were magazines and receipts and stuff dating back to 2017 on the floorboards.

Got a little more done last night, and a pretty sky pic too (oops ignore my feet haha!):

I found writing them out each time helped.

The last three of my last dreams in a row have all been about my secondary school.

Maybe you could try a rainbow colored christmas jumper for no one in particular next. (hint,hint,hint me).

I always write them down when they don't escape. This one remained just out of my grasp as it blew away on wisps of dream -smoke... I caught nothing of it.

Only two years out way to go!

One of the emojis was the **** emoji. Really? Wouldn’t that be eating ****?

This is why there should be no blinky things.

I loathe the **** emoji.
