I feel vaguely sick (tired, stressed, can't concentrate, blurred vision, nightmares).
It could just be side effects of my diet. Couldn't it? I am not feeling hungry.

If you've cut something out of your diet it could absolutely be your body adapting to that.

I was on backup call and didn't have to work for two weeks because nobody called in sick. I have to go back to work tomorrow (I have clinic--my own primary care patients) and I'm weirdly nervous about it. It's also making me think of how I have another 11 months of residency left and that's just so overwhelming I almost can't stand it.

I didn't used to be nervous about work. I hate this.

when will all this stuff about exT stop it seems to ease off then comes back to kick me in the butt again.. I am in the process of forming some imagery about him to put in a project. I would really like an appointment card to symbolise my sessions but lately he is always at his rooms I just want to nip into the waiting room and grab one.

I am trying to order something online and the website doesn't say it doesn't do overseas shipping but when I go to checkout the quoted shipping cost is $1300 I have tried a few times and I still get that quote I have decided I don't need the thing that badly

It's grief. It's over when it's over and not before.

they have evacuated the areas closest to it and have a shelter set up for the people affected at a local grade school, and an emergency team is coming in tomorrow from what we have been told. it's still a mile north of town. no not at a resort, just a regular old hotel east of downtown. it must seem closer than it is because we see so much smoke and can smell it, i don't know. Anxiety has been getting the better of me for too much of this trip. I just want to go home.

Eta - hey no kidding, one time here on pc i helped a lady stop her house from exploding. I forget exactly how it happened, but it was something about the gas stove maybe, cuz it had happened to me before.

Pretty soon she'll be putting leeches on people or cupping. I believe she got her training by watching Bonanza or some other western

Dehydration is a problem, but I'm not thirsty. Burning fat requires more water, I hear.

They say if you’re thirsty, you’re already dehydrated. You’re supposed to drink water proactively, before you get thirsty.

It has been a long slow day I resisted ringing my exT, sending him texts, but for the life of me I don't know what I did all day but it was boring. I just want to go to sleep but it's only 6:30 pm. I opened up the perfume I bought that I liked in the 90s and discovered my tastes have changed so now I am selling it. I can't think of anything I want to do or watch.

Which perfume was it? The 90s here was still Opium and Giorgio and maybe still some Lauren, or was that the 80s?
Thanks for this!
