How long does the summer school day last?

I wonder how arties doing.

3hrs to T. No sleep at all last night then the humidity skyrocketed even though the temperature dropped. I felt like I was suffocating. Still having trouble breathing. Crazy emotional from not sleeping.

Anyway, pocket riders would be appreciated... this is going to be a darned if you do darned if you don’t kind of session. Pretty much no matter what happens with T today part of me is going to be crazy unhappy with it.

I managed to get to sleep last night, when no alerts had come. H thinks they did a back burn or something to direct the fire away from town while fighting it at the same time. We are heading home this morning (had planned to leave today at some point anyway). I haven't heard anything new.

It made the NBC Nightly News last night!

I am frustrated. I am clearly missing something internally but keep seeking it from external sources.

Hi Lemoncake. I see T next on the 30th, so a little over a week away. I really feel like calling the office to see if she would call me back but I really need to figure out what I would say before I do that. I mostly want to hear her voice and be comforted, but I don't think that's going to happen. HUGS Kit

Sometimes it is hard to feel that life is not out to get me. All this inner turmoil is hard to handle. I wish I was more emotionally independent and patient.

I think you need more support than what your current T can provide you with. The gaps between your sessions are too long and you have been struggling a lot. Especially over Easter too.

You are where you are right now and that's okay. One day you won't need the extra external validation and will be more independent.

Deep cleaned the house today - I feel so much better now that it is extremely neat.

I'm thinking about signing up to take a Spanish class at my local community college. I always wanted to learn and it will give me something to do.

Sitting here reworking my syllubi. Why do I reinvent the wheel every year? Always room for improvement. I think I'm on hour 8 or so. Haven't even gotten to the course they added to my load this year. My brain hurts.
