Aww thanks couch for the cookout. I was up half the night, still have chills and fever so not going in today. I worked through a migraine on Monday so hopefully I don't look like a flake.

While I don’t regret initiating a t break.. I do find it rather frustrating that I am still feeling this need to latch on to t in anyway possible while I am on to break.

I hate this feeling of trying to to make sure he doesn’t go anywhere in a month.

The guy sitting in the cube next to me is coughing about every 30 seconds. I know he almost died from pneumonia when he was a teenager and has a chronic lung problem because of that, but I am feeling really annoyed by this right now. I put on headphones with my go-to ambient noise generator but I can still hear him. I'm feeling like an asshole because I'm irritated by this. He can't help it.

My day did not get off to a good start anyway. I woke up thinking about my 6 hour stint in a police car the night of the fire, then I got my husband stuck in my head telling me how boring I am. Then a lady pulled out right in front of me on the way to work and I passed a fire truck putting out a grass fire.

Good morning everyone, I hope everyone is having a good day. I don't feel as stable as yesterday. I don't feel in crisis but I don't have that settled feeling inside of myself. It makes me feel a little scared that I'm going to go into crisis again but I hope not. I think yesterday I felt too good so it's a reset back to some sort of normalcy. I'm having thoughts of SH even though I shouldn't be because my arm is no where near healing. I'm going to be running the office for a while by myself because the receptionist needs to leave to take her husband to the doctor. I told her it's okay, do what you have to do, but it means doing five jobs today instead of my usual three. And it is paying bills day which is my least favorite day of the week. Its not even my money but it's still stressful. I'm not exactly anxious, so I don't want to take anxiety medication because it will just make me sleepy but I just don't feel quite right. I'm definitely more down and something feels "off." I know that's not a good description, I just don't know any other way to say it. HUGS Kit

I also had a visual hallucination on my walk today so that probably isn't helping me feel balanced at all. HUGS Kit

I just saw a weather report on google that it’s like 100 degrees in the UK? What’s the world coming to an end? It doesn’t normally get that warm there, right?
Thanks for this!

In the UK anything over 80 F is like a heat wave.

I am chatting with a customer service representative trying to figure out if a student ever accessed an exam proctored online. She says she did, and I think she is lying.

The rep's name is Elton John.

I could use some hugs/support. I just found one of our cats passed away unexpectedly and it’s always hard loosing one but this feels like that last straw of what I can cope with.
Possible trigger:
but I am supposed to be at work in 3 hrs. My son heard me scream and now he is all amped up. I have a call in to T but I don’t know what I expect him to do or if he will even be able to call back before I go to work. I have a call in to H too but expect him to be able to do less than T.

My therapist sent me an email to say that he was thinking of me and was looking forward to chatting tomorrow. It couldn't have come at a more needed time since I was starting to feel forgotten again. I'm torn whether to respond with a thank you or not.

He’s got a kind of Andrew Jackson look going on.

(For my money, Andrew Jackson is in the Top 5 Hottest Presidents.)

Not sure what the cons would be for a quick "thank you" but I would definitely send one. Nice that he did that and that you appreciated it.
Thanks for this!
