I think my PCP thinks I'm crazy. I don't know why what she thinks should bother me, but it does. I don't want to be thought of as crazy. I mean I work and people at work don't think I'm crazy (or if the do they don't tell me). Now I'm getting paranoid that everything thinks I'm crazy. Argh. I hate hate hate going to the PCP.

Ok, T has done EMDR with me but never used buzzy things... just from what has been posted I think he knows they would be flung at his head. But... what are they???

Yep, it was the things that @@ showed. It was apparently to connect my left and right brain? Like one would buzz, then the other.

They would probably make me jump. I startle so easily.
