I hope you do tell him. I don't think your T would blame and say it was deliberate for feeling the way you do.

I feel consumed by the fact that my therapist said she loves me. The prospect seems beautiful and delightful, but she must be lying. It seems enormous and new. I want to tell everyone and talk about it all the time. Consumed. I will just type it out here instead.

I am freezing. I am not sure if it's the office temperature or if it is because I woke up in a cold sweat this morning with my bed drenched in sweat. I can't wait for the work day to end so I can head home to my warm bed and take a nap. I could really use one right now. I think I will put on my warm onesie when I get home.

This reminds me it’s almost the season for my owl onesie.

I ended up sending him an email this morning that I wrote last night while I was drinking and thankfully didn't impulsively send then. He responded that we could talk about it in session. I doubt he would have responded at all, but he had a cancellation and offered to get me in sooner than I was scheduled. So now I'm going to the lawyer from 1 - 2 pm and seeing my therapist as soon as I can drive from their office to his office. Apparently, I'll be his last client of the day, so exact time isn't a big deal thankfully.

Let this be a formal request for a picture of you in the owl onesie. Please and thank you. You can hide your face if you like. A picture from the neck down will do the trick.

Oh dear. Are stuck in the backseat with him? Are there toddler tunes playing on the radio?

Hopefully he falls asleep.

Not in the backseat yet but I’m scheduled to take a turn after lunch :/

We do have good music pleasing to both toddlers and adults playing though.

Hi couch,

I still have nightmares about my job. They found a replacement for me. I don't know if I'll have my job back next year when my unpaid time off work ends. I don't feel ready either.

Had lovely two months with partner despite tons of nightmares.

Parents giving me a lot of pressure. Plus they refuse to acknowledge my partner as my significant other. Father is picking on me, especially since I'm off work. I'm more vulnerable now to his coercive control and criticism. Passive suicidal thinking is back. Finding myself thinking he'll find fault even if I took my life. I don't know how to describe the trivial stuff he gets on me for. Blew up at him once because he threatened stuff, he later insisted I'm depressed and need to snap out of it.

Therapist is moving to private practice. Good thing for a lot of reasons, but it'll stretch my budget. I already pay lots for me and younger brother's psychotherapy.

I guess that's all. I cling to the good yeah.

I may not have words to do justice to Info’s top today.

Mustard colored.

Cold shoulder, but also with straps. So like a sundress with ruffled sleeves around the upper arms.

And a low neckline, but below the neckline one of those triangle cutouts over the cleavage. (Lots of sun damage between the girls.)

Of course she rocked it.

Ex- T rocked every outfit she wore-no matter what color or style. Info sounds similar.

Info's top reminds me of my barbie doll's dress. It was gold, strapless, and barbie wore it everywhere because it was the only thing I could slip on barbie that didn't have buttons or snaps or something because I wasn't particularly good with those. So barbie wore it everywhere. That evening gown went to dinner, went to bed, went to Church etc. When I think of it now, I realize my barbie probably looked hideous and my sister's barbie who was always immaculately dressed and whose hair was always perfectly combed looked amazing. No wonder most of the time my sister made me be Ken or Skipper.

I cut all my barbies hair. They were hideous when I got through with them. You should see the one time I gave Barbie bangs.

I would have rather had a GI Joe. One of the boys that I played with (I played almost exclusively with boys because that is who lived on my street) had GI Joe's and we would play with them. I thought they were cool. My sister who was bossy and in charge of everything insisted on changing her Barbie's clothes every two minutes of the made up story we played. It took forever. No one expected GI Joe to change clothes!

if you are selling something worth $300 to buy new for $70 and someone asks if the price is negotiable is it rude to pint out what a bargain they are getting? Plus the store that sells these things closed down and you have to pay delivery now

Yesterday i was watching my 70s brit comedies and had a really weird memory it was like i was little and i could see my mum laughing and i knew if i slowly slid over i could sit next to her and she might smile at me. Anyway it resulted in a terrible night of sleep.

I would just say the price is firm.

Oh this was funny Couchies, so I was in line at Disneyland for the Jungle Cruise and some random lady was like did you used to work at xyz? (A company that I worked for in my past life when I worked in retail.) And I was like, "Yes I did." And the lady was like, "I remember you." And I was like, "Oh wow, that was like three years ago!" And the lady said something like, "Have a fun day!" Or something like that. It was oddly amazing. What would have been funnier would have been if this would have happened in line at It's a Small World.

My Dad had a scan done today to check on a mass he has in his lung. He had Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma before and the mass was in his lung that time too (different lung though). So I am a bit freaked out that it is the cancer returning. My Dad said it's a very small mass (but still)!!! He goes back to the doctor some time next month for the results. This is not helping my anxiety levels at all. My Dad has been cancer free for like 9 years.
