today it's because i stood up for myself in a meeting with my boss over this ongoing problem with the reporting of my stats for july and august. they are still wrong, they are way lower than I know is true because i keep detailed records of my production/time in production etc. and the incorrect data prevented me from qualifying for bonus, and I am not happy about it. i was calm, I did not get emotional, I asked questions and gave my suggestions on where the problem might be, etc and requested a meeting with her and her boss. we shall see what happens.

Logged into my Mindful Eating class and decided I'd rather have more free time for the rest of the semester. Dropped.

Every grade on my transcript is either a W (for withdrawal) or an A+. What can I say, I'm a dilettante. Or a tough customer.

Artie, Is this a "discount" for being allowed to work at home? I would rather see that as an official number, so if/when you return to the office, that percentage is reflected in your expectations vs rate vs effective raise (money and time and car costs saved in commuting or not).

And that's the other problem, which I totally forgot to mention earlier, that we have to maintain a certain level of production to be allowed to remain work at home, and for those 2 months they have my numbers below the requirement, so technically could force me back into the office if they don't get it fixed. I am waiting for september stats to be finalized so i will know if they at least have it fixed for september forward. i don't wanna have to go back into the office through no fault of my own just because 'they' can't get the stats right. they were 'broken' for many months and they mysteriously got them fixed supposedly last month. i guess not huh.

I only mentioned it cuz i was pretty proud of myself earlier on the phone with my boss not getting all emotional.

I wonder if they could figure out you're posting on here when you're supposed to be working for them? (check IP activity, etc.)
