Yeah with no working fridge here, i ask myself, "would a frat boy eat this food left out 'the morning after'?" If its good enough for whatsisname Supreme Court Judge "i like beer", its good enough for me.

H is over at the house today. I ran and picked up the gift basket from my pdocs office. Came back to my father saying he loves me and that H had cut a slice in our pool to drain it. It already had a leak we couldn't fix so my father bought my kids a new pool. When H cut a hole in it, it supposedly flooded our neighbor's basement. I guess she was screaming at my father, who is cycling right now with his bipolar. I came back and heard all about it from my father. I am so overwhelmed.

You have no fridge? Do you have community credit schemes over there.? We have one run by the Salvos i used when my car broke down they are no interest loans and paid off over 1-2 years?

An hour left of work. No call from T yet. See this is why I would have just wanted her to wait until Saturday now. I'm waiting and waiting for something to happen that isn't happening! I tried calling her on my lunch break but she didn't answer. She's probably in session. So now we are playing phone tag.

The apartment will give me one, i just have to clear the space for them to wheel it in and out.

I'm overreacting and I know it. I just can't seem to stop myself.

I haven't been here in a while but felt like stopping by. I feel paranoid and depressed today.

I'm having difficulties explaining to L how her saying "I love all my clients" ruins the specialness of our relationship. We have session tomorrow, and I need help verbalizing it.

Developmental Psych class started today. I did the syllabus quiz they always do those, like the first 10 points are free if you bother to read the intro to the class stuff. Maybe some people don't read that stuff, I dunno I'm paranoid and read everything haha We have "chats" that seem to be mini-discussion posts/responses, discussion posts/responses, chapters to read of course, quizzes, and written assignments. Our book is online which I don't particularly care for, after staring at my computer screens all day at work I'd much rather read a physical textbook but oh well. It saves me money this way at least!

Hugs...You could maybe say how it makes you feel like just one of a bunch of clients. That you're sort of a number rather than a person. Maybe "number" isn't the right word. But that she's thinking of you as part of a group rather than as an individual. And I imagine it's also that "clients" emphasizes the professional/business side of it rather than personal (I know i struggle with that when my T will use terms like that or talk about, say, how he needed to "take a break from my practice" for a day recently).

That sounds a lot worse.

I am here, just plopped down on the Couch for a minute to see how you all are doing. I brought thin mint milkshakes to share, since I made some for the boys the other day and they were delish.

And no. Still not divorced.


But at least I have a job, so that's something. I found that out today.

Every time you talk about the courses you get to teach I want to take them. All of them. They sound interesting and fun.

I promise I would make up really gobsmackingly entertaining excuses for why I couldn't do my work but I should get an A+ anyway because I am such a nice person and I really wanted to do the work.

My job is really becoming unsafe (hospital security guard).

It's quite clear that I cannot go back. I called in today - trying to find another job. SIGH.

My 10 year old is currently trying to sleep on the floor between my couch and bookcase because he's upset. I don't have the energy to keep trying to get him to move to a different spot, so I guess that's where he'll end up sleeping. I feel like mom of the year this week.

I'm currently hiding in my room listening to the sound machine that came in my gift basket today.
