Also sending hugs to you SheHulk. And I'm also puzzled that H wants you to come to his therapy session. Maybe he doesn't feel able to tell the T that he messed up without you there?

Possible trigger:

SA is never your fault.

What would you tell your daughter's to do if it was one of them coming to you with this?

It's not okay to treat you like this and at the risk of over stepping- please don't go away and stay overnight with him. You don't owe him anything. It's also not your responsibility to help him in his therapy.

Stop all contact unless it's related to the kids or ask a family member to arrange as the middle person.

Dr. T gave such a Dr. T response to my email asking what exterminator they use:
"We use [company name], although I don’t necessarily recommend them. We’ve had good experiences with the people who come out, but I don’t know that they’re any better than anyone else." I'm now imagining how he'd review a restaurant on Yelp: "The food seems good, but not sure if it's any better or worse than the food at any other restaurant."

When i was buying my kids biscuits the cashier said that she bought them on pretense for hre son. Why are me made to feel guilty for doing childlike things? The happiest couple i met said that 2 or 3 times a week they did something fun And childlike, like run around the playground or ride there kids old scooters.

I think of childish as behaving inappropriately in a immature way, like throwing a tantrum because the store doesn't have your favorite ice cream or because someone says something you don't want to hear.

Childlike to me is more like positive childhood qualities, like the simple enjoyment of your favorite biscuits. Innocence.

I don't know but buying biscuits is not childish. I still buy oreo's and I ate them as a child. I don't think it's childish at all. Maybe the check out person was just making conversation. I remember in retail I came up with some random stuff to talk about because you get tired of asking people how their day is because some people really tell you!

I agree with all of this. Except the rocks in Finland. I can't even find Finland on a map so I have no comment as to what a pile of rocks might be. I'll leave that to the experts like ATAT!

My friend told me, "Hallucinations must be maddening. I don't think you know how much I admire your persistence in dealing with them." I think we all need to hear this. We are all dealing with our stuff: depression, anxiety, agoraphobia, hallucinations, delusions, obsessions, compulsions, etc. Each day. One foot in front of the other. We are strong. We rock this!

Got two checks in the mail yesterday, totaling about $500.00. I should save this for Christmas Shopping Money because it was unexpected. That would be a big chunk for Christmas Shopping.

I think the therapist may have been messing with her phone or iPad during my session today. I asked her what she was doing and she said she was writing, but I'm not sure I believe her. It's not usually noticeable at all to me when she writes stuff. And I hadn't said anything important. I was literally talking about how I had purchased some vegetarian, keto-friendly jello-like dessert at the store and how I was going to make popsicles. Nothing clinically relevant. Boring, yes. If I knew it was her phone, I would text her on it if she does this again, but it's probably the iPad.
