T was okay on Saturday but not a lot of help with the voices. Basically I brought them up and then we didn't talk about them We did talk about my depression. But I don't think she knows what to do with the voices.


I have Dr. K. tomorrow at 2. We'll see how he does.

Emails are not a sin or wrong. I never wanted a response, but reading emails is not that big of a deal and therapists are not more special than anyone else. I get emails/the md gets emails/ etc. Don't worry about it.

I am not a big tattoo sort. I don't get the appeal of them. Painful and unable to remove are not for me individually - together they are right out. And I am absolutely not a symbolism sort so that takes a lot of the impetus out of them as well. I am not anti them -more baffled at the point of them.

I started getting tattoos because of my SH. I tattooed over the areas I'd SH, so I wouldn't do it again. And it worked for me! It's been 6 years this month since I last SH'ed.

Congrats Scarlet! That’s a long time. I want to get some tattoos eventually. I’m at the point that I know what I want and where on my body, but now I’m researching artists. I have a friend who works at the shop of one of the guys who was on Ink Master several times, but he would not be a good artist for what I want. Maybe my friend would have an idea who would be.

I watched dr phil today.

I finally took a shower today. I did not get all the chunks offa me, but i bet i lost a pound or two in dead skin.

The dental school called me today. I thought i was off their list because of late cancels. They called at like 8:30 am!!! I agreed before i remembered there was a pandemic and im not vaccinated yet. So i called back and cancelled. They will call back in a few months. Our county is very high risk. I dont even want to go get my vaccine.

I was working as a public defender when some pope came here.
