Omg y’all hahahaaaaa
I commissioned a piece of digital art on Etsy — just wanted someone to take a photo of my BF and me and create a piece of art from it. I only paid $15 but just like what *even* is this??? I mean, I am no artist and would never put someone down for doing any art that makes them happy, but charging people money is another matter entirely (especially since the Etsy seller’s demo artwork was way nicer than this). What do I do?

It looks like they're not up to the level where they should be charging people yet. The BF's head is just really wrong. I'm really curious to see their other work at this point. But I agree with SD, maybe just laugh it off and let it go.

A difficult day finished on a brighter note. Just been notified that one of my poems has been republished on a website. Feels good to have it out in the world on a somewhat larger scale.

I think there is something wrong with usually stand offish, dont touch me cat, the last week he has been really snuggly and following me around. I am not complaining as he has the most fantastically soft fluffy fur compared to my daughters cat which is like patting a softer version of a scrubbing brush.

Scarlet, im having a deja vu about this. Didnt this happen earlier this year or last year? Maybe the people who got sick hang out together like at a bar? Cuz at work, how close do you usually get. Maybe thats why the company isnt worried, they went thru this before? Hopefully you will all be okay.

I think similar, yes. I had a fever and had to cancel everything for 2 weeks.
 The fever only lasted a day though.I really really need help! My thoughts are racing and are bad. L isn't available tonight. I don't know how to get through the night. I think I'm going to try a crisis line. I don't think I can do this on my own

I did call the crisis line tonight. They helped a little. It was nice to cry to someone. They helped me see things from H's perspective too. If he doesn't go to work, he'll get fired, we'll have no money which mean no L. He's stuck and I'm stuck. I'm going to go take an anxiety med tonight. I can't do this on my own

My brother-in-law had a bit of a meltdown. He was talking to the tax people on the phone. He said <trigger warning> and hung up.
The tax people phoned the police and the police went round to see if he was all right. They hung around until my wife got there. They did a mental health assessment and sent it to his doctor. A very impressive performance! W says they were efficient and considerate.
