Just got a call from the gal representing us in our tax audit. Her diligence has been remarkable, I must say! Anyway she was at last able to obtain a transcript of the audit indicating it was closed with 0 changes to our taxes (meaning we owe nothing more!) in December of last year and apparently they never sent us the letter advising of this. I suppose it's understandable as the pandemic has affected damn near everything, but it's been crazy-making trying to keep that worry at bay and just let her handle it. I will be so very relieved once she sends that file to us and I can print it out and hold it in my hot little hands.

I got into the IOP that I went to the intake for on Friday. It will be three days a week. The case manager, Ray, said that because I go to Church on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and he sees that Church is a support for me, he doesn't want to subtract from the supports, just add to it. So Monday, Thursday, and Friday, I will have virtual IOP from 5 PM to 730 PM. And Tuesday and Wednesday I have Church from 630 PM to 8 PM. He said he would like for me to come to the IOP for a month, if we can get my insurance to agree. He said he usually has to fight my insurance but when I talked to Kayla my case manager from the insurance she said she didn't see a problem with them covering it. The only thing I am worried about is burnout. Between working from at least 7 AM to 330 PM and then all that stuff at night, I'm going to be worn out! My pdoc recently raised up my Latuda though and I actually feel a little better today. So I am wondering if it is the medicine or if it is because I know I am getting some extra support. (I start the IOP on Thursday!)

I see Dr. K tonight for therapy. I will tell him about the IOP and I will ask him about distress tolerance skills since that is what I think I need the most help on. I don't know if he will be helpful but hopefully I get something from it.

Dr. T just texted me that his rapid test was negative. They also did a PCR (which is more accurate), and I imagine it would be a couple days till he gets those results, but at least it's encouraging that this was negative! And I'm glad he remembered to update me.

Info fashion report (top only): yellow spaghetti strap top, paler yellow bra beneath, big yellow woven macrame (?) earrings. Plenty of cleavage and shoulders.

I have lots of ricotta left over from last week's lasagna, so I'm now trying to make a quiche with it.

Ok so in case anybody was taking bets (haha just kidding) I gave in and called L a little bit ago. Thankfully she answered, we talked for about 15 minutes and worked it out. I admit that I am relieved. We're still taking a break, at least for the time being; but she and I are good, and that's what I was worried about.

Dammit, the one time I didn’t make a bet...

PSA: Ricotta quiche is quite good and lighter than a regular quiche.

Hi all — sorry I went silent; BF came to visit for a long weekend and we were busy camping and hiking and sightseeing. I very much appreciate people offering their opinions on my T’s diagnostic beliefs (BPD, narcissism, etc.), will respond more thoroughly a bit later.

Besides being in trouble, I think so. It's too big for her to swallow, but I also can't find it. I'm sure she hid it somewhere..

I hope she's ok aside from being in trouble. Did you look in her bed? When I was a kid our dog used to hide stuff she stole in her blankets. Even a slice of pizza one time haha
