Pdoc appointment went well. Just has been one long day today. And I have Church tonight so it will be even longer.

Pdoc seemed sad that my group therapy ended. Me too but at least it is one less thing on my delicately balanced plates that are all spinning on sticks.

I texted my T today. So now I wait. I know she will at some point get back to me. I also know that Wednesdays and Thursdays tend to be her busiest days. Just knowing that she will eventually get back to me is enough.

Hugs, Kit. I hope you hear from her soon. Are you trying to schedule with her for the weekend?
Thanks for this!

Maybe. If she is available. Mostly just updating her about Pdoc appointment and expressing some stuff I am having difficulties with at the moment. And promising her that I would do something that I need to take care of....more because I need the accountability than anything else. I didn't exactly ask for a session because I don't feel like I am in crisis, but it's only Wednesday. Plenty of time for a crisis to develop. I'm only half kidding.

Argh! 5 months after i gave my ex the divorce forms to fill out and affadavit (i think thats what it was) to sign he has decided to act he wants to pay the fee by cheque but its all on line so credit card only and i just found out my application has run out so i need to start another one. I have already messaged him saying i would pay and to send the forms back but now i need to reapply and send him the forms again. I am really stressed all of sudden and panicking. Nowhere on the site did it say there was a time limit for the application and i forgot all about it after i gave him the forms

Hugs, Kit. Maybe it could be good to meet with her even without a crisis? Of course, I hope one doesn't develop!

So my PCP thinks my abdominal pain was from an ovarian cyst. Yeah. Blame the woman parts. The pain wasn't even in that region. Luckily, I happen to see the gynecologist tomorrow. I hate all my doctors right now...

Hugs /headnods all around as wanted/needed/appropriate.

H and I just went grocery shopping and found a great deal on pork chops - 97 cents a pound. that's insanely good compared to how expensive everything has gotten. It's a giant pack but I am going to break it down into smaller packs and freeze half, and cook half tomorrow after I get off work.

I can't believe I just paid $3.69 for a dozen eggs....

Groceries are so expensive now. I mostly still do curbside shopping, so I'm particularly aware of the prices. Bread seems extra ridiculous in price, like $5 for a loaf of sliced Pepperidge Farm rye bread, and I swear the loaf is much smaller than it used to be. Plus eggs, like you said, milk, produce. Then there's eating out....

Glad you got a good deal on the pork at least!

Ugh, I'm sorry. I'm glad you see your gynecologist tomorrow. Hopefully you can get some answers. Are you still having the pain?

Thankfully, no more pain. Yesterday and today I've been fine. And today was the first day I didn't eat a bland diet. My guess is that it was a stomach bug, the gallstone irritating me, anxiety, or some mixture of those.

I'm sorry you had a panic, and why did the application have a stupid expiration date? Making things unnecessarily difficult. I hope he signs and returns the next set sooner.

Ha! I just paid $7.something for a dozen free-range organic eggs. I buy those mainly because they taste better and I eat one a day at most. Does seem a bit pricey though. I wonder if keeping a chicken would be more cost effective.

Shrinflation is very common here too. Noticed it with flake bars.

I would encourage you to look into it. My aunt has chickens. It would be a good source of easy protein

Hiii,

Thank you. I've been ill this week but I've been working with someone new. (since the middle of June). I don't do traditional regular sessions. More like one every 2-3 weeks and it works better for me.

He also doesn't think I meet the criteria for BPD anymore.
