I have a feeling it will be tough today, a lot of traumatic processing to be done. I am so depressed anyway, so why not I guess.

I think I need to talk to him that maybe I should see my doctor for a increase of Prozac because it seems to not be working as well after 6 mo.

Gosh, I am crying already...

You will do fine. Just where you are is okay. So you don't have to put any pressure on yourself to say or do anything, just breathe.

Peace

The sessions that feel the most difficult are often the most beneficial, at least in the long run. I hope everything goes well. Update us.

I think I was resisting some or avoiding the big stuff. We talked about my old friend who died after I broke up with him the summer after my senior year. He was killed my a drunk driver. We did some EMDR, but I think I was resisting. He kept looking at me so intently, I asked him about it, he said he was trying to decided on how best to proceed. I just wasn't all into it like normal.

I am seeing my doc about my Prozac not working as well. I told him I am tired of trying to will it away. And he said yeah, sometimes you get tired of trying and you need a little help with some meds.

My husband just got a 20% decrease in pay now, after 25 yrs. with the company that was just bought out. We aren't in danger or anything

My poem did get accepted in the newspaper, my first publication, I should be happy and I am , but maybe i am not feeling it so much right now. Therapy in less than one hour and I am nervous...
